Brought my 5YO daughter for her 1st haircut, based on recommendations from local friends. Wow - what welcoming salon, the whole team did such a nice job on her welcome and hair washing, and - of course - Vince did a stellar job on her cut, handing us a little envelope to save her baby-strands!! Finally, kids’ hair is so delicate and he gave her a beautiful and gentle blow dry. Wonderful experience, stunning haircut and beautiful blow dry. Thanks everyone!

I have had haircut twice and got keratin treatment done with Diana. I also got my daughter’s haircut here. All experiences were great. It’s easy to get appointments and never had to wait. Everyone is professional and know their work very well. Diana is friendly and is a talented stylist. Highly recommended!

I went there on a busy Saturday because I had an important gala to attend. I was on the rush and the service and result were phenomenal. They took me in earlier, accommodated all of my requests, made my hair perfect. And you can’t beat the price. Next time I’m visiting NY I’ll definitely come again. Highly recommend

Super dissapointed. Been looking forward to this hair appt for a week now! Wanted to get my hair colored and cut and the senior stylist gave me a ton of excuses as to why we couldn't execute the look (even though upon booking we were very specific as to what I wanted to get done, and No one mentioned anything about having to do highlights before the color). Then she offered to still do a cut, but to cut off a inch or two she wanted to charge $110. That wouldn't have been a problem if I got my hair colored. I wasn't thrilled about paying that price after I traveled for over 45 minutes to get there and had no color to show for. It's a hard pass for me. Be very thorough when booking appt!

Veronica is amazing! I went in for a haircut for the first time in a long time. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She also gave me advice on how to style my hair in different ways. I highly recommend this place!

While they were very nice and keep the salon very clean, I got a terrible haircut. I had warned them that my hair is very thick and needed lots of layers, they ignored my request and insisted my hair would be better with short layers. Coming out of the salon my hair looked fine (due to the blow drying), but once I washed and tried to style my hair like normal it looked terrible (imagine a triangle) since the bottom was sooo thick without the layers. For paying $120 for a haircut I am very disappointed that the hair dresser thought he knew my hair better than me. Will not return here.

Have been a loyal customer since 2004 and always leave feeling spirits have lifted, mood improved; just like I had special time out with friends. Excellent in cuts and coloring. Everyone friendly and must exhibit high standards set by Vince. He is an artist in every sense. My red hair with purple, deep red and blue highlights, gets compliments everywhere I go. Vince is edgy if that’s your way but he’ll work with you while never compromising his standards. If it won’t look good on you honey you won’t get it! He listens ( what a wonderful trait.). Try getting makeup done, I’ve never had better. And seriously, I’m not a pushover. I know what I want and I go after it. I love that Vince is a kindred spirit!! Cat Z

Diana is a fabulous stylist! Best highlights, cuts, and keratin treatments I've ever had. I just moved to the UES, but I'm planning to still make the trip down to Battery Park City to get my hair done! 100% recommend this salon!

I rate my experience 10/5 stars. I've even going here almost 2 years now and each visit gets better and better. The whole staff is just amazing. You can see that they really value their customers happieness, and they make you feel at home. I really love everyone and Vince works miracles on your hair! I recommend this salon to everyone !

This is the best salon ever! The staff is wonderful, skilled and totally professional. My hairdresser is Diana, and she is a true artist! She listens to what I would like, makes suggestions which are always amazing, and the outcome is consistently fantastic. Since I have been going to this salon, I am constantly receiving comments about how great my hair looks! I highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking a great experience and skilled stylists!
