This was my first time visiting. She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly. She done a magnificent job on my underarm wax, Brazilian wax, and my eyebrows. This was my first time ever getting waxed. I was initially nervous. I wanted to make sure I had the best first experience and the best person to do it.. that INDEED was Quanisha! From my first interaction on the phone, her tone was very professional, pleasant, and sweet(unlike other places I called that seemed like I was a bother and annoyed with my inquiries). With a service as intimate as this, I felt that was very important. She answered all my questions and assured me everything would be fine. She immediately made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Her bubbly personality and conversational manner was a great distraction from my overthinking during process. We laughed and things weren’t awkward at all. She even gave me helpful tips about aftercare! When I contacted her the day after to confirm I remembered the aftercare correctly, she answered me with no hesitation. That made me feel like I’m not just someone to make money off of, but that she really wanted to help. She genuinely cares, I felt her authenticity throughout. And when I mentioned that I wanted to make sure I remembered when to come back, she took the initiative right then to message me the dates. I felt like that was very thoughtful. I can’t even tell you how awesome Quanisha is!!! I have been coming to her for close to 6 years now!! I live over in Lexington and used to drive to Irmo all the time just to see her!! Now that she has her own place in Columbia I drive to see her there!!! I have tried many people before her and I could never find someone I truly felt comfortable with and she makes you feel so comfortable!!! And the job is the best I’ve ever had done!!
