I went for a sewin. Braided and sewed my hair so tight had to take it out a couple days later. Contacted her about the problem and she was very rude and said my hair was already damage so she didn’t care about damaging it even more. Would not recommend.

Had a 9 am appointment and she came at 10 am. Braided my hair super tight and sew in was even tighter. So tight it slanted my eyes. My hair looked good but I took it out a week later because I couldn’t take it anymore. Good looking hair isn’t worth the damage. Not only that, when her daughter was cutting out the sew in, she cut some of my hair. I was pulling it out in clumps. Never tf again.

It's been a minute but I have been blessed to have gotten my hair done their and the maintenence to up keep. The owner is amazing and her staff is too. If you want your hair done right and people that take pride in their job get it done. I am booking my appt.

Before my first encounter, I read all the reviews (positive and negative), I visited their web page, I saw all the pics on Facebook. Despite the accurate, negative reviews, & many community/family members who had less than favorable experiences, I gave them a try. At first, everything was fine. Its clean. Not fond of the new or old location. I cant comment on the products used because I always provided my own. My hair looked nice. But as many of the reviews stated, you will be in there all day so free your schedule. I frequented this shop 2-3 times a month for deep conditioning, partial installs and routine maintenance for a little over a year. Never had a visit that was less than $180. I had built a rapport with my stylist. Always contacted my stylist directly to schedule appts etc. However, when I encountered a problem with my hair, I contacted my stylist as usual, but got no response. Left msgs and still nothing. After 2days or so with no response, and it being my birthday weekend, figuring maybe she was out of town or something, out of desperation, I ended up having to go somewhere else. They attempted several techniques to fix the issue, and there was no other option except my hair to be cut. I reached out to the owner while there to tell her what was happening- her attitude was less than helpful. She was more concerned with the shop could/was/may have been saying about her then what was going on with my hair. After a year, and several visits to ny for braids, it all grew back. I attempted to revisit this establishment because despite the one unfavorable experience, I had an event, & they were the only place in Greensboro that actually installs weaves to my liking ( I like a very natural look and they were the only one(s) who masters this). I spoke with my stylist and we scheduled my appt. A few days prior to my scheduled appointment I received an email to confirm my appt as well as a txt. I arrived early that morning, myself and another client had appointment for the same stylist at the same time. it seemed odd. After about 15 minutes, the receptionist says my stylist wouldn't be in and the owner wanted to speak with me. I was given a story regarding death in the family of my stylist and that she would not be in that day. When I was getting ready to leave, after the 45 minute conversation, my husband arrives to pick me up, I turn to wave goodbye to the shop members only to see that my stylist was doing the other clients hair. If it was a matter of not wanting to service me, I rather had received an email, call, or txt canceling my appointment prior to. This appt was made far enough in advance to have been cancelled without having an impact. Instead, I wasted time, and gas traveling there to be canceled in such a deceitful way. There's a way to do things and this was not it. If you don't have anything to do and don't mind extremely long wait times I recommend this shop. If you are ok with unprofessionalism in an establishment, then I recommend this shop. if you are ok with no loyalty to customers I say go here. If you don't mind the high prices, then go here. I expected more from them than what I received but it is what it is. I wish them all nothing but the best. My experiences was not that great but yours may be different.

Very unprofessional. My hairstylist had me waiting over 3 hours. She loud ,after waiting for her to do my hair their was others waiting. I was at her shop from 10am to 630pm. & on top of that she sold me a used lace wig. Which I found out once I got home to check out my new do. I don't know how she stay in business. She don't care about her clients. She just want the money thats why she refuse credit cards, If you get bad service you can't cancel cash payment but c/c you can. She got your money & laughing because she just got over again. Worst Service Ever. To her clients that continue to go to her & tolerate her unprofessional behavior make this woman give you repect. She need you. She need your business.

I paid 420 for a sew that I ended up taking out 2 weeks later because the hair quality was trash 🗑 they braided my hair so tight I lost some edges and they didn’t blend my hair correctly or wash all the dye out on top of all that they made me late for work I had to wait a hour for someone to come back to the salon and finish braiding my hair . Bad business wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!!!

The Weave Doc (Keekee) came through for a brother in time of need. KeeKee did an amazing job. I received a hand full Of compliments. Not to mention very friendly staff . Highly recommend these guys. Thanks again for my new bomb look keeee

This is hands down one of the best shops in GREENSBORO!! I have been to many of the other shops that claim to be the best to only have bad hairstyles. I explained to this shop my experiences from other shops and they have been the best for me in the last few years. KeKe always slays my sew ins regardless if it is full head or middle part. The prices are comparable to other shops so I have NO complaints on the prices. I bring my own hair each time. I never wait long and enjoy being there because the staff is very friendly. THE ONLY SHOP I GO TO FOR SEW INS!!! GREAT WORK LADIES

Went and got a silk press today on my natural hair for the first time. Looks amazing. Got a trim to which was much needed. My hair looks so healthy now. Thank you so much. I will be back again. Love the teamwork!!

After calling around the city for a last minute appointment!? I made a final attempt & called this shop!! Even though they were busy & it was a last minute thing, she worked me in any how & laid her magic on my head, and because of that!? now I've been slayed!! By the way, I've gotten lots of compliments!! Thanks you're the BEST & keep up the good work!!

I finally have a weave that I absolutely Love!!! I went on a busy day, however my hair is Beautiful! So many compliments on the cut & style and quality of the hair!!! There is only one place to go for the BEST install in Greensboro...The Weave Doctors Salon, trust and believe, you will not be disappointed! Worst experience for my first time going to the weave doctors ever I had an 8 am appointment that took 8 hours to complete(I came in for a 360 frontal)... One of the stylist brought her 17month old daughter to work...she ended up getting hurt at her job...the owner comes in and throws her head into the shampoo bowl and washes her own hair. Both the owner and stylist all kept stopping to make personal phone call...place text, email and faxes. The braider at one point stopped in the middle of braiding someone hair for almost 2 hours. And all the owner could say is I wish she would get back to work instead of dealing with her in the proper way.
