"👎 Very unprofessional and rude customer service. We reached out to the number provided, no answer so we messaged, to ask about sew-ins with human hair, as my husband doesn't know much about my hair and I'm still learning. Their only reply, was a laugh emoji(😂)which was completely uncalled for. It's important to consider someone's mental status before responding like that. 😡 #poorcustomerservice"

So I don’t make reviews often, because honestly it’s rare I get exemplary service. That being said when I do, it is because someone has really blown me away with their service, but even then I wait til I’ve dealt with them a few times before I pull the trigger. I first found Diane last year, however due to various circumstances, and some much needed growth on my part when it comes to recognizing the level of service I want and expect. I didn’t become a client of hers unit this year. That being said, SHE IS PHENOMENAL!! Now listen, I know every person believes their hair stylist, or barber to be the “best” but when I say Diane is the best, that is truly an understatement. Today I had a scheduling conflict and needed quick baby sitting services. I am blessed, and lucky to have my sister who immediately stopped what she was doing, and headed over to my place to keep my kids. I shot out the door and ran the errands I needed, then headed back home. Once I got back, and things had settled down, we had a moment to chat. While talking, she stops me mid sentence and said “wait a minute, what did you do to your hair?” I explained what I’d had done lol, but more importantly who had done it! She was very impressed, “It looks AMAZING!” she said. Now my sister is natural, and I wear extensions. She could not believe how natural my hair looked! I say all this to say, THE WEAVE ROOM & DIANE WALKER ARE KNOXVILLE’S BEST KEPT SECRET! Ladies and gents, PLEASE do yourself a favor, and make an appointment with Diane. I can honestly say I hadn’t thought about making this review at all in the last few days, as I’ve been so busy myself, but my sisters comments really inspired me to do it today! If I’m being frank, we are kind of hair snobs. We’re not originally from from the Knoxville area, but the DMV. So we are accustomed to a certain level of hair care professionalism, and skill from a stylist. Diane possess that, and more. In the DMV its pretty easy to find a stylist if you’re unhappy with your current one, because they’re everywhere. Obviously this is mostly due to the size of the market. Here in Knoxville, it’s not that easy. This is a fact. That being said, I can promise you from the minute you sit down in Diane’s chair, to the minute you step out of her door, you’re going to experience stellar service, and AMAZING talent! The woman doesn’t even advertise, yet she is booked out weeks! That is because those of us who know the secret, make sure to STAY on her books. So ladies and gentlemen, all hair types, to all hair styles, do yourself a favor and BOOK with The Weave Room TODAY! I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

Fried,broke,short,dead.. anyword that is negative could describe my hair. I had never gotten a weave before until today. I had no idea how to take care of it, what was going to even be done to my hair until I went to Diana’s salon. This woman is a miracle worker. My hair went from horrendous to amazing. I’ve never been so happy with my hair and my overall confidence. If you need your hair done, Diana is your woman. Definetly will be back!!!!
