Absolutely a wonderful experience!! The massage therapist was very attentive to my aches and pains. The best massage I’ve ever had. Then thank you to Amanda for recommending the salt bath. I felt both relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend both.

The Well is amazing. Upscale spa feel, super clean, and really fairly priced. Kat did an awesome job on the massage, and had some great recommendations for me. The rest of the staff was really friendly too, and I appreciate their willingness to squeeze me into a busy schedule because my schedule is unpredictable. Great experience, will definitely be back.

Dani did my massage today and she did a fantastic job. She kept making sure the pressure she was using was fine. I will keep going to Dani for massages.

12/15/24 So far so good. On the right when you come into the first door. Place is on the right. Staff was pleasant. Helpful. I will report back after procedure is finished. So far so good. Has a good vibe. Got a gift card for my Mom. I might look for a float tank to try it.

I had an amazing experience! The massage was absolutely wonderful—so thorough and relaxing. The Dead Sea float was equally incredible; it left me feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was beautiful, calming, and perfectly designed to help you unwind. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and a little pampering!

I have been looking for a good float spa in this area for a long time. There are two other options but this one is by far the best in Hampton roads. I highly recommend this place.

My experience at the well was second to none…the services are top tier and the equipment is state of the art. The salt float was amazing and I felt immediate benefits after just one session.. As a novice, in terms of self care and wellness, I had a lot of question. The experienced staff took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back and recommending this place to my friends and family!

My man and I just had the most relaxing massage from this place today. From the receptionist to our masseuse, they were all nice and very professional. They made sure that we are taken care of, given us time to prepare, explain what the do's and don't's clearly before and after the massage. We are looking forward for our next couple's massage. Wish we could've taken photos while there to show everyone how nice the place is!

Took my spouse here for an all out spa experience and we were absolutely thrilled with the service! We tried the Dead Sea Float, the Arctic Desert, and Swedish Massages. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Very accessible facility, no stairs or steps to deal with, large accessible bathroom and easily maneuverable halls and rooms. Everything was clean, well stocked, and in good working order. Absolutely will be back again!!

I booked for a couples 90 minute massage for me and my boyfriend. They did a wonderful job! We were fully relaxed and they made sure we were comfortable. We definitely will be coming back!

I cannot say enough positive things of this spa! The massages I have received are truly phenomenal. I have had multiple masseuses and each have been attentive to my wishes and beyond professional. You really need to treat yourself to this best kept secret! You will not be sorry.

I had a great experience with The Well @VB ! I have been there twice and they have sustained the quality and standard of their services ! I did the body exfoliating mudpack , soaked in their tub and then had the most relaxing and therapeutic message!!! Love the cleanliness and the Staff are very respectful and accommodating! Will book my next massage session again and will bring my 2 children too, they are teen agers now so I hope they accept teenagers as well :-)

This healing space is still, tranquil, and feels amazing -just sitting in the space. Staff is knowledgable, friendly and focused on providing clients the best experience. The practitioners are educated on best practices and current modalities, are mindful of client preference, and are overall warm and professional. Services here are affordable. Prioritizing self care is paramount in managing stress levels and this healing space is the best choice for your wellness experience. The Well creates a space like no other. The aesthetics, the staff and of course the SERVICES are top notch! I highly recommend the Desert Arctic Therapy! I also indulged in a 90 minute massage and the Dead Sea float!! Planning next visit.

The Well was nothing short of amazing... I got a couples massage with my partner & the massage was the full hour.. Normally I've had massages & they BS the first 10 minutes & end early so you feel cheated... Snacks & tea were available... super professional & considerate.. Highly Recommended!!!

Hands-down, the cupping facial at The Well VB was one of the best, most relaxing, and stress-relieving treatments I have ever received! The Veg Out Organics products they used were the perfect fit for the treatment. I would say run, don’t walk, to The Well and experience it for yourself! You will be amazed!

If you need an amazing deep tissue massage see Marcela! We need to clone her!!!!! Her spa is clean, professional, beautifully decorated and the cold plunge does the trick!! The sauna in the same room makes it possible to quickly warm up afterward and reap all of the benefits. In the waiting area and with all of the services you will feel so relaxed and taken care of!! I highly recommend The Well and Marcela!!! :)

From her compassionate understanding of her clients' needs to her comforting approach in providing the best therapeutic and spa experiences the area has to offer, there isn't anywhere else I'd rather go or recommend. The second you walk in, the environment & ambivalence will relax you. Everyone is professional and trained. They always make sure to check in and ask how you are feeling, if you’re okay with everything & if there’s anything else they can do. Very accommodating, gorgeous spa!

Today was my first visit to The Well and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff are professional, kind, and welcoming. I had a 30 minute session of Artic Desert therapy and cannot express how amazing I feel. Not only is it relaxing, but my always stiff and achy knee feels completely pain free and flexible. My 90 minute massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling very calm and relaxed. The Well will definitely be an integral part of my self-care and wellness practices going forward. After one visit, I cannot recommend The Well highly enough.
