I recently visited The Wellness Hub and had an outstanding full-body massage with Steph. The moment I stepped into the establishment, I was greeted by a calming atmosphere and friendly staff, which immediately put me at ease. Steph proved to be an incredibly talented massage therapist. She not only helped me relax but also skillfully focused on my troubled areas, addressing my concerns with precision and care. Her attention to detail and ability to customize the massage to my needs made all the difference. I left The Wellness Hub feeling rejuvenated and relieved of the tension I had been carrying in my body. The facilities at The Wellness Hub are top-notch, clean, and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxing massage experience. I cannot recommend The Wellness Hub, and Steph in particular, highly enough. Five stars all around!

I had the best experience! Everyone was friendly, the setting was very intimate and relaxing. My therapist Cassandra was the best. She made sure she wasn't hurting me. She just did an overall excellent job! I made another appointment for next month.

This is by far the best massage spot I’ve been to. I strongly recommend Saylah! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and ultimately does a great job! She also specializes in pregnancy and postpartum massages.

This was my first time doing reiki and it was a great experience. Almost like an out of body experience. Left feeling amazing, calm and centered. Definitely recommend for individuals who have done reiki in the past or if you are trying it for the first time!

I had James as my therapist.. I walked in, in a lot of pain barely able to walk from it due to throwing out my back. When he was done I got off the table and was out of pain and able to walk straight again. I will be back again! I was super impressed with his work..

The day before scheduling my massage I knew I was in desperate need of a massage. It had been since October and even then it wasn’t the best. You see I’ve lived here going on three years now and have been on a journey to find a fantastic masseuse. 3 years is a long time to be disappointed time after time. Well it was a Wednesday and I knew I had a day off the next day, instantly I was like let’s do a little self care and get a massage. So I started looking for places but also availability short notice and low and behold I stumbled upon The Wellness Hub! Since it was my first time The masseuse was selected for me and boy oh boy it was our luck that I had the opportunity to receive a massage from Ms. Elizabeth F ( she had to have a cancellation) There no way she would have been available on any given day. There are no words that can explain this incredible massage I received. Elizabeth not only worked on my neck and shoulders (I only needed upper body), her hands melted my tension and knots away. Then she put the cups on, YESS I tried cupping for the first time. It was fascinating and I will be doing that again. If you haven’t checked out The wellness hub I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And if you want a real treat book with Elizabeth you won’t regret it! Thank you wellness hub I have found my wellness home. ❤️

This is my second visit with Ebony and my husbands 1st for his birthday. I have multiple previous injury issues due to multiple major car accidents 35 years ago I live with pain 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. No one has been able to help .Chiropractors have made it worse. I did deep massage reflexology and cupping afterwards the red light therapy. I walked out with zero pain. This lasted well over a week. I could just cry writing this. I dabbled in Crossfit and of course experienced rotator cuff pain for months after quitting. Went in for a massage because even though it can't heal it it could only help. NOPE Bradley somehow fixed it - I shouldn't be surprised though he asked a ton of questions of what I was experiencing prior to working on my shoulder. It's now been weeks with no random shoulder pain like before. Thanks Bradley!

This is now my 2nd time going to the Wellness Hub and my 2nd time seeing Ebony for an Advanced Deep Tissue! SHE IS AMAZING- from start to finish both times, were flawless. She is so kind, patient, and she remembered everything from my first visit as far as preferences go. You can tell she loves her job and is passionate about helping others feel better. I will say I am picky when it comes to selecting someone for a massage and she is by far one of the best in Jacksonville, FL. If you are on the fence, BOOK IT NOW, you won't be disappointed. I'll be back to see Ebony soon!

I visited The Wellness Hub after searching for a massage therapist that specialized in massage for injury and pain management. I booked a one hour advanced clinical/neuromuscular massage with James. The establishment was clean, calm, and inviting. James was professional, kind and informative. He sat down with me at the beginning of the appointment to discuss my injury and goals. He provided details about the different muscles he worked on and what part they played in my pain. We also discussed stretches that would be good to do at home. This was a wonderful experience and provided me with some immediate pain relief. I’ve already booked my second appointment and look forward to making progress on my personal health and self care goals.

I booked a 1-hour Relax & Relief Advanced Deep Tissue massage with Crystal. She did an amazing job. I have been going to the gym everyday and I also work with children whom I’m often throwing in the air and spinning around. This causes a lot of tension in my neck/shoulders/back. I had gotten used to the feeling but after visiting The Wellness Hub I feel relaxed and limber. Crystal did a great job giving me a rundown before the massage started and asking about my concerns. She also checked in throughout the massage, being that it was deep tissue it is important to communicate if the pressure becomes too much. I will definitely be booking again for another massage and to try other services!

Very clean facility. Crystal was amazing. The customized massage she did definitely helped with my neck, shoulder and back pain. Would definitely recommend!
