Dr. Jim is absolutely the best! We are from Illinois visiting family for Thanksgiving and my husband was in so much low back pain that he barely made it through the flight to California with medication and a back brace. Thankfully he fit us in! Not only did he adjust my husband but also taught him key stretches and exercises that he can do to prevent another acute injury. He walked out a whole new man! This chiropractor is the real deal!

The Wellness Spa offers holistic treatments for optimal health. I have been going with a family chiropractor for years, but I began going to the Wellness Spa because it is convenient and very close to my work. Jim is caring, kind and truly welcoming. He is very knowledgeable, he provided me guidance and the treatment I needed to help me walk and reduce the sciatica pain I am dealing with. After years of chiropractic care with several different doctors, I was finally introduced to Dr. Jim Donoghue. What a difference he has made in my health and well-being! Dr. Jim takes the time to get to know his patients and the possible underlying causes of their physical challenges. He's an excellent chiropractor, yes, but he also teaches his patients how to better care for themselves through nutrition, yoga, and specific exercises to strengthen the muscles so they will hold the adjustments made by the doctor. He's very personable, skilled in his profession, and uses a variety of techniques and equipment to best support and help the body to obtain its indivudual maximum health for each patient. He's honest and forthright. He really does want his patients to get better, and I have! Thanks, Dr. Jim!

Awesome chiropractor and healer! Highly recommend coming in to see Dr Donahue! Each time I come in for a session I feel welcomed like I'm coming home. He's able to address my concerns specifically and his knowledge about the human body and healing is unsurpassed. I always walk out feeling so much better!

Dr Jim is an expert at his craft!! He was able to help with alignment so that my sedentary dispatcher job didn't destroy me over the last 16 years. He also helped my daughter with her high school and college student athlete, ROTC back and neck issues. He is flexible on times and makes it easy to keep up with consistant visits. If you need a great chiropractor give him a call!!!!!

Dr. Jim is like a master mechanic of the body. I’m in my 60’s and have been a professional athlete most of my life. I have known and seen many chiropractors with general success and help. That said, this guy is the best. The way he understands the body and can teach you how to maintain it is absolutely amazing. Reading the other reviews I realize he plays this role for all his patients. Even if you are not in a pain crisis at the moment, you should see him for the insights he can provide to get the most out of your body.

Dr. Jim is simply the best. When I first met him I had sciatica and had been to a numinous doctors appts. without any relief. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Jim. After one treatment the pain was gone and did not returned. I recently took my son to see him for a hamstring sports injury. After 6 weeks of physical therapy his doctor ask if we were open to seeing if a chiropractor. I told her a chiropractor never crossed my mine for a hamstring injury but I knew exactly who I would take him to. It had been years since I had seen Dr. Jim and was glad to see he was still practicing. After the first visit with Dr. Jim my son was totally impressed. It wasn’t just treatment that impressed him, but rather the caring nature and the lessons learned from how to stretch and take care of himself after the appt. My son ask me to set another appt. with Dr. Jim after we left. Dr. Jim is a throwback.

I have been seeing Dr Donahue for several years to address various back issues. He is the best chiropractor I have seen in my nearly 40 years of seeing chiropractors. He has always been able to diagnose what is causing my issues and then fix it. I highly recommend him!

I came across Dr. Jim when my neck was experiencing so much pain, I could hardly move it. Off to the internet I went and his raving reviews made me choose him. To say the experience during our first appointment was nothing short of amazing is an understatement. Dr. Jim has an intuitive healing process that made me feel as though he could read my body and what it was screaming to be helped with. He adjusted me in ways I’ve only dreamt all of my past Chriropractor’s since 2001 could have. My ankles, my toes, my neck, the way he adjusted them made me walk away feeling new. I am so happy I found him! I’ve seen him twice this week and his kind, healing magic is something I now can’t imagine living without! I highly recommend giving your body a shot at a Chriropractor experience that puts all others you’ve had to shame!

This was my first visit to a Chiropractor. I was having some significant hip and knee problems resulting in pain. Dr. Donoghue identified immediately where my issues were. With some adjustments, stretching and coaching I walked out feeling significantly better. I also have new information on how to prevent/reduce the likelihood of the issue reoccurring. I plan on returning for more work and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a solid, knowledgeable Chiropractor!

I have been a patient of Jim’s for about 15 years. I’ve moved out of town and would come into town to see him specifically. I have never found a chiropractor that can live up to Jim. He has you lay on heat to relax your muscles before an adjustment and then stretches you after to make sure your muscles stay limber for the adjustment to stay in place. I 10/10 recommend Jim if your body is in pain.

I was referred by a friend because I was in constant back pain. I have had a neck fusion, a low back fusion and a hip replacement! After all my spine problems, I would frequently find myself in back pain! So I made the decision to give the Wellness Spa a try. Best thing I've ever done! Dr Jim was able to get to the source of my problem on my first visit! I went back a few times & then got a massage by his masseuse. It was heaven, Now I go in periodically just to stay in good condition. I have sent SO many friends there & they all feel the same as I do! Thank you Dr Jim. You're the best!

If it doesn't work anymore, Jim can fix it! When I first visited, I was almost unable to walk, without the assist from a walker or cane. When I didn't, I walked like The Hunchback of Notre Dame. My pain level was a constant 8 and I'd given up the hope of ever being able to do things I enjoyed. Today, a couple months later, I'm walking upright, without any assistance. I can go for short walks again, without excruciating pain. My flexibility is rapidly returning and my balance is much better. My pain level is down to 5 most days. Thanks to the stretching Jim has me doing, I can now stand on 1 foot and pull the other to my butt. I've given up the idea that getting older is going to be miserable. Jim is truly a miracle worker.

I’ve seen 5 different chiropractors in my lifetime and Dr. Jim is THE BEST! I like that he makes sure you lay on heating pads and relax before he works on you. He knows right away, what is out and expertly puts you back in place. And he has jokes! Great chiropractor with a wealth of knowledge and natural gift. Highly recommend!

Jim has been exceptionally kind and understanding every time I have come in. He has great attention to detail, and asks questions to help determine the causes of certain pains. He is also very helpful, during almost every session he gives me some stretches and exercises I can do on my own to help that pain go away. He always has a smile on his face, and you can tell he truly cares for his patients, and will do what he can to help. I’ve sent multiple friends to him, my mom and grandparents also go to him. We have been Dr. Jim’s patients since 2020. We’d seen other chiropractors over time, and Dr. Jim is by far the best. He’s knowledgeable about many healthcare subjects, and is interested and invested in the whole patient. He’s always careful and thorough. We’ve been to the cookie-cutter style chiropractors, and Dr. Jim’s style is about as far from that as possible.

His detail to attention to the whole person as he takes time discussing options before working on one’s body is more than appropriate but amazing in this day and age. Upon each visit, we have a very nice conversation and discuss what needs to be worked on and he always discusses maintenance for self care until I visit again. Jim was instrumental in my recovery when I herniated a disk in my lower back. After dealing with pain every day for months, I finally went in to see him, and am so happy I did. Through a regiment of daily stretches and strength exercises, in combination with adjustments and support from Jim, I finally am able to wake up pain free, and feel excited to be back in the gym, strength training as I did before the injury. Without Jim, I would still be waking up to pain, and wouldn’t be able to get back to the active lifestyle I enjoy living.
