Where do I begin?!… first off, parking in the back is amazing, especially for being downtown- win! I love walking into the bright, open space being greeted by all the plants! The energy of the place is so nice and everyone there is so welcoming, you feel like part of the WorkShoppe family. Amanda has been doing my hair for almost 12 years now and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! My hair had been ruined at my previous salon and Amanda was able to work her magic and make it look great again! She is so talented and I’m so thankful that a friend recommended her to me. A GREAT stylist knows how to bring out the best version of you, and Dane does just that. He is a master and talented stylist. Even when I don’t have a clue as so how I want my hair cut, colored or styled, and I let Dane decide, I am ALWAYS blown away by the results. Dane is a true professional in his field AND he makes you feel like part of the family. I adore Dane. When I first moved to Raleigh I was not having luck finding someone I loved until a friend recommended him to me. And now I recommend him to my friends. He’s cut and/or colored my hair 5 times now and my most recent cut? I’m obsessed with it. Ive never gotten so many compliments on a haircut before. Dane is great at what he does and so easy to talk to. Everyone else I’ve ever interacted with at The WorkShoppe Salon has been so friendly too! All in all a great time haha

I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored here every 6 weeks for almost 5 years. Love, love, love Dane. Recently went in wanting a completely different style and he knew exactly what I needed. I’ve bounced around several salons in town but this one has by far been my favorite. They are also taking Covid very seriously with temp checks, proper spacing, masks and sanitizing between customers. Highly recommend!
