This was my first experience at the Zen Den and also having a lymphatic massage🥰 OMG! the setting was extremely relaxing; Ashley knows what she is doing and has the certifications for all to see🤗. The massage gave so much relief in the areas that were in pain. I’m a talker and the therapist Ashley provided me with informational conversation (me running my mouth) 😊 she was very attentive. Ashley’s prices are very competitive and she was able to get me in fast(which was accommodating). I so look forward to my next visit. Thank you, Ashley

Ashley was so kind to work me as a very last minute appointment. I had been nursing back spasms all week from throwing out my back. I got a sports massage which was exactly what I needed. She did an incredible job working out the exact areas of extreme tightness and stretched me along the way. I'm pretty picky on massage therapists because I need a super deep pressure. This was perfect!

I moved to Jacksonville a few years ago, and had been looking for a massage therapist. The Zen Den was recommended to me, so I decided to try it out. I went there for the first time a few weeks ago and was instantly impressed. Originally, I booked one appointment with Ashley, the owner. After receiving such a great treatment, I decided to get the 12 package deal. You can rest assured that she knows what she's doing, I saw a lot of certifications for various techniques and treatments. The environment is calm and relaxing and they offer many treatments. I plan to try some of the others, I'm sure they are all as good as the massage I received. I highly recommend Ashley and The Zen Den.
