I’ve had a stressful 2025 already! But a truly pleasant experience at The Zen Room. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind. Sugg was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was comfortable. Because I was sensitive about the products on my scalp, Sugg had no problems showing me the all natural ingredients and how they support health and growth of my hair follicles. After my session, I felt completely refreshed and stress-free—exactly what I needed! The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend The Zen Room to anyone looking for a peaceful escape and top-tier wellness services in Charlotte. I will definitely be returning!

Three facts from my experience that I would like to share - 1. I bought a Groupon for a service that was listed as a 90 minutes service on The Zen Website, however when I went there, entire thing was over in 45 mins (half of the stated duration). When questioned, the response was that I was sleeping so I might not have noticed, however the clock and my watch didn’t sleep, it was 45 mins between the start and the time it was said completed! Watch for this. 2. Despite several requests, she wouldn’t disclose or show me the products that will be used on my scalp. She would say all products use no harmful chemicals, but wouldn’t tell the name. After having gone through the experience, I can’t say I would trust that the products were high quality at all. Try your luck! 3. She wouldn’t dry my hairs and leave them soaking wet, instead she points me to a blow dryer to dry the scalp and hairs myself, which I tried as it was cold outside and not the summer of July, August. Sure enough, the scalp wasn’t dry enough and fell sick because of picking cold on my way back home, still trying to recover after a week of service. Thanks for this awesome service!

Lesha is amazing, I was nervous but she talked with me the whole time and made the experience super comfortable. She’s fast and obviously experienced. If you’re on the fence my advice is to give it a try!

Iesha is absolutely wonderful. I've taken my daughter twice now for facials & today I went for a brazilian wax. Each session, she has been punctual as well a very professional. When I brought my teenage daughter for her 1st facial, she explained everything she was doing as well as taught her the proper steps on keeping a skin care regimen. Today was my 1st time getting a wax ever (let alone a Brazilian) & by the end of the session I felt comfortable enough to schedule myself for my next wax right away. I am so grateful to have come across her services because she has gained a customer for life.
