Kai and Nam were fantastic! Kai is such an expert and knew exactly what my hair needed, and I left feeling so taken care of. I’ve tried a few salons around Koreatown and this was definitely my favorite cut yet. Nam is incredibly friendly, attentive and warm, and was eager to help. His tips and tricks on styling made me feel way more confident about how to keep my hair looking nice after I leave! Definitely book your next cut with this team!

Jessica was great and achieved my desired look perfectly! The vibe in the studio was also very bright and relaxing. I especially loved the hair wash service and the snacks/drinks offered.

I had my haircut done by another stylist there whose name I won’t mention. I was not happy with my hair bc it came out choppy and I felt as if she didn’t understand my hair pattern. However once I called and asked for my haircut to be fixed they were able to fix it with another stylist. Subeen came to the rescue. I had cut my hair previously with her and she did a beautiful job. She takes her time and is very detailed. She also makes great suggestions to what would work best for you! She’s amazing !! I have found my hairstylist and honestly she’s someone who I can trust. I would recommend her !

Dennis and Sony were amazing! My hair was a complete mess before coming in. I am always skeptical coming into a new hair salon but I was greeted with drinks and snacks, a comfy blanket and amazing service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying a new salon for the first time and wanting outstanding treatment!

I’ve been going to Theodora for more than a year now. Emma was my designer stylist and she was so attentive and detail oriented! She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me helpful tips and tricks on how to style my hair at home. I definitely will be coming back! :)

I was looking for a new hair salon to cut my bangs and stumbled across Theodora, I saw a lot of videos on TikTok so I decided to try it oI was nervous at first but Somi and Dennis were the sweetest! They washed my hair and gave me tips and tricks on how to take care of my hair. I showed them what kind of hair style I want and they SLAYED. It’s exactly what I asked for and on top of that, the service was top notch ❤️and they also offer snacks and drinks hehe

I've been coming to Theodora for years now, and every single time it's been amazing! Usually after a haircut, I need to wait a couple weeks before I start liking how the cut looks on me, but that's definitely not the case here! Somi and Dennis do an amazing job at understanding exactly how I want my hair cut and styled, and are extremely detail oriented. Somi has the magic touch when it comes to hair! I absolutely adore the way she is able to bring a hairstyle I want to life, and also provide feedback on what would look better on me. Aside from styling, she's also very knowledgeable, and is able to answer questions I have about the quality of my hair. Both Somi and Dennis always go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and that I truly love my hair before I walk out of the studio. It's always a great time whenever I visit! Tip: try to make an appointment before visiting, they can get pretty busy!

I've been considering getting a perm for a while and discovered Somi on social media. I reached out to her, and she advised me to wait until the bleached parts of my hair were cut off before proceeding with the service. About six months later, I contacted her again and was able to schedule an appointment for the same week! I arrived on a Sunday, and parking was very convenient. Dennis washed my hair and began preparing me for the process. After we went through some inspiration photos together, Somi and Dennis worked together on my hair. The entire process was surprisingly quick, and I was able to get some work done on my laptop. They also offered a selection of beverages and snacks, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Somi and Dennis as they were very efficient and service was excellent :)

Every time I come here, I always leave so happy because of how amazing my hair turns out! Somi is incredible and has given me the most amazing haircuts for a few years now. I had my hair dyed at Theodora Hair Studio by Somi and Dennis, and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, and my stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted. They even offered snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch.The color turned out amazing—rich and vibrant, but still natural. My hair feels healthy and nourished, despite the dye. The studio is clean and welcoming. Overall, I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend it!

I have been coming here to get haircut for almost 2 years. Chloe was fantastic and she will give you exactly what you asked for. And she will also give advice on which hairstyle suits you better. The front desk and other staff are also great. I love this place and will recommend to all of my friends.

I’ve been coming to Somi for probably 5 years now. She just gets me and my hair. I always love the way it grows out and sits even when you don’t style it. She’s so kind. She listens to what you want and always delivers. She helped my grow out my hair long and healthy. Even time after time I begged her to let me get a perm, she wouldn’t do it because she knows it would fry my hair. I really appreciate that and trust her as a result. Today I got to meet her assistant Dennis and he was so great. So polite and friendly. I can tell he loves what he does and I just know he’ll become a great stylist.

I’ve been searching for my go-to stylist and salon since I’ve moved back to LA 6 years ago and can say Somi and Dennis at Theodora Salon is it! The whole process and customer experience from booking to check-in to the pre-haircut consultation to the cut itself is superb. I’ve now gotten cuts, conditioning treatments and their products and am happy with all of it.

Somi and Dennis have been incredible in proving the best haircut experience. I came in for a wave perm and haircut, Dennis was friendly and professional and asked me if I needed anything to drink and snack before my appointment started. Needless to say, I was satisfied throughout my whole time at Theodora. Somi always produces the best quality and service, she is an expert in doing perms and along other hair treatments and cuts. I’m definitely coming here again for my perm and I recommend you too!! You will love how your hair comes out, no doubt.

i went here on november but i forgot to review since i was in a hurry during my trip to LA! but i really had to talk about this place because i loved it!! they worked super fast and the result was amazing! i think is the best haircut i have ever had!! i think ill have to go more often to LA just to come here. Ryan attended me and he did an outstanding job! I can’t be more grateful, definitely coming back!!

After countless trips to various hair places (from the “best” highly regarded and spending $$$$) around Ktown for many years, I can officially and confidently say that I have finally found my hair person and team - Subeen. I initially met Subeen for haircut and styling services- during a stressful and challenging time. Subeen’s remarkable talent and ability to communicate with me (her client), listen to my concerns, provide genuine insight, and achieve my desired results were AMAZING and LIFE-CHANGING. Not only is she immensely talented, but she is also a very authentic and beautiful soul/person. Every time I visit Subeen for services ranging from haircuts/styling to coloring & highlights… I leave extremely happy, satisfied, and confident. After having so many horrible experiences elsewhere with services such as perms and coloring- I can confidently say that Subeen has earned my trust and ALWAYS DELIVERS RESULTS!!! I’ve been coming to Somj for a few years now since moving to LA and she’s consistently great at getting my hair how I’d like it! I love the salon as well, they always provide some drinks and snacks which is appreciated when getting a more time intensive service. They also provide head massages at the hair washing station which I love. Today was great, thank you Somi and Ria for the wonderful service! :)

honestly, Theodora Hair Studio has earned it's hype and reputation. This is my go to salon. Ask for Zion! She's been my hair stylist for a long time (haircuts + perm). Zion is reliable, knowledgable, professional, and the only person I trust with my hair :) tell her Ben sent you!
