Great place to get a spectacular hair service, and they have good stylists, nice environment etc...but please, for the love of god, replace that crappy starbucks coffee k-cups with Community Coffee cups!!! I had some of the starbucks coffee today, and have had the most disgusting taste in my stomach and back of throat for the entirety of the day, even after eating and drinking other things. I couldn't even finish the coffee, only drank half a cup, and still had to take two anti-nausea pills after I got home. Why does everyone think starbucks is so great? That stuff is filthy nasty. Please get some plain old Community Coffee, and not that nauseating "fancy" garbage! Even Foldger's would be better than starbucks! Just a suggestion, if you want people to feel comfy drinking your beverages, and not bring their own. Sometimes the "good" stuff is not really that good...like, at all.

Stephania is wonderful. She is very talented and I love how I look after her color and cut. Especially with graying hair, the partial highlights look amazing.

$150. 2 hrs for a faux hawk dye and cut. Stained my skin with the hair dye terribly. Didn't even cut the faux hawk correctly. Mostly you will pay for the inexperience. And this is after they rescheduled my appointment for an hour after it was original plan. Keeping my whole family waiting for an extra hour. My partner runs a salon and she suggests the manager hires someone experienced to train the amateurs. Also include tea tree shampoo to add value. 2 hrs I sat for 45 min of work. Luckily, I live in Houston and I don't ever have to come here again. Without the Aveda in the shops name, this is your normal country bumpkin salon.

Isabel is amazing! I’ve been coming to see her for years and am never disappointed! I consistently go to her for root touch ups and hair cuts, and occasionally highlights. Call and make an appt with her, you’ll be glad you did!

Today was my first time visiting Theory Hair Salon & certainly will not be my last. Ivy was my Stylist and did a fantastic job on my hair. She is friendly and knowledgeable about the hair care questions I had. The Salon is Modern with a Welcome Vibe. I keep looking in the mirror & love the "New" me!

Absolutely fantastic place! I asked for something fairly specific and Isabel was not only able to meet my request, but give me a better cut than I could have imagined! And she was very gentle and checked in with my often during the process.

After calling for an appointment, describing having thick hair and needing a color correction.. despite having references photos. They weren’t able to keep the appointment due to not being confident or experienced going to a shag hair cut or strawberry blonde. Telling me it was going to be a lot of money. She seemed upset I knew the history of my hair. And regardless of sizing me up to see if I could pay the money. Extremely rude and unprofessional.. even if she was a lower level stylist. That wasn’t what I asked for over the phone. It was a waist of my time from work and apparently hers.

I had to get my hair fixed after a horrible balayage experience that ended up being awful highlights and not even close to balayage. Isabelle did an amazing job and took her time. She’s extremely honest and so helpful. I am very picky when it comes to my hair. So if you’re looking for an experience you can feel confident in don’t go any further!

I had an amazing experience with Stephanie! I came in with dark brown box dye in my hair, regrowth and my hair had grown out from a very short cut, basically it was a disaster. She advised me and worked very hard to get my hair lighter and gave me a great cut! Excellent experience! She is masterful!

simple haircut - did a very choppy job. the hairstylist didn’t even know how to portion the hair for front bangs and she took parts of of hair and kept cutting

I have been going to this hair salon for a while, and they send you a text to confirm you're going, but then they send you multiple texts all the time to re-confirm, even at 6am in the morning. I asked them multiple times to stop confirming after they just confirmed the previous day, but they keep texting to confirm all the time. I asked them to "PLEASE STOP TEXTING ME after I just confirmed yesterday!" and they then, after 18 months of business cancelled all of my appointments, including the one that day, just because I asked them for the 50th time to stop texting me all the time to confirm. If I confirm the day before, then I don't need to confirm again 2 hours before the appointment. This is ridiculous.

Mediocre cut for a ridiculously high price. The stylist didn't listen to what my daughter wanted and even though we brought several pictures of the style she wanted we left with something completely different. We won't be going back.

will not return-many other options in this city. showed a picture of MY hair-the last time I had it cut in the way I wanted this stylist to cut it. She then proceeds to do a very, very sloppy job of cutting my hair in the way it was cut before "following the growth". Not only did she fail to listen to my request but the lack of effort and overall carelessness was alarming to say the least. she took clippers to my hair without combing or clipping back anything. I left with a lop-sided mess that is WAY too short. I will have to wait for it to grow out before it can be fixed. meanwhile i am left with an utter disaster. Its a shame because her technical skill seemed to be very good. just because my hair is short does not mean it needs any less attention, time, etc. than someone with long hair. the entire appointment(including wash) lasted less than 30 minutes. She just kept saying--if you don't like it, it will grow out. Yes, that is what hair does. BUT I am PAYING you to cut it so... maybe listen to your customer.
