I visited this salon for a layer cut, uncertain about the final length I wanted. Throughout the process, I communicated with my stylist, suggesting minor adjustments to the length to ensure I wouldn't regret cutting too much off. Unfortunately, my attempts to clarify my preferences seemed to irritate the stylist. She expressed frustration, stating that I was wasting her time and that she had other appointments to attend to. It's important to note that my requests were reasonable; I merely sought to adjust the length, not change the style mid-cut. If you're looking for a stylist who's patient and open to collaborative feedback, especially when you're unsure about a change, you might want to consider other options. My experience was less about the cut and more about the need for a more understanding approach from the stylist.

Absolutely love coming to this Salon for my hair services! Genesys and her team are very kind and professional. I appreciate the mini consultation before each appointment to focus on understanding what it is that I want done. I always leave here 100% satisfied with my hair which manages to stay healthy all year long because of their touch.

Hands down best experience. I've been going since they opened and they've only added services. It's quality and care. My hair is complimented on frequently and they just never miss. From blond back to brunette, it's my go-to. Prices vary and they are always willing to talk through what steps are for the services and provide price range. They are transparent and just an overall great team. I cannot emphasize the quality of work enough. 10/10.

I got my hair cut today, and it was great! My hairdresser was Saul and he was so sweet and kind. He was able to understand what I wanted perfectly and my haircut turned out to be great. I highly recommend him!

Genesys is amazing. She is extremaly kind, patient and talented. She did my hair the way I wanted. I ask her for some advice, she gave me some and she did my layers, as she could read my mind! She is very good hairstylist!!! Besides, saloon itself is great. It’s clean and tidy. They have a lot of plants, ambient music and everything there is so esthetic. It is a very high standard of hygiene in there.

I got my hair cut today and It was the best experience i’ve had since I’ve lived here in US. My hairdresser was Amy and she was so sweet and kind. She followed my instructions perfectly and the haircut turned out to be great. The ambience was great as well. Highly recommend.

I went in for a haircut. I asked for her to trim my curtain bangs and she chopped off a big chunk of hair next to my bangs and didn’t tell me. Now I have a very awkward chunk of hair that doesn’t blend in with the rest of my hair since my hair is very long and styling my hair now like I usually did is almost impossible. I reached out to her twice and never heard back. It’s very unfortunate because I had good experiences before.

Recently had an appointment with Amee and absolutely loved the experience. It is so refreshing to find a stylist who knows how to work with thick and wavy hair. Amee took the time to understand my hair needs and gave me a great cut. Highly recommend.

Genesys is the most talented stylist I’ve ever worked with. She really takes the time to listen to what my goals are and uses her knowledge and experience to help me achieve my hair dreams. The salon is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I seriously can’t express how talented she is. I have always walked out of her salon with gorgeous hair. I live in Skokie and drive down to her salon because she is worth it. I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else!

Genesys is very talented at what she does, I have been going with her for years and she’s the only person that I trust with my hair. Not only is she good, but she has such a positive attitude. The salon is so aesthetically beautiful and has great products. As soon as you walk in, you feel the good energy! I always leave feeling my absolute best, I can’t recommend this salon enough!!
