I'm in Charlotte for a wedding and burnt my extensions last night lol! I was a complete mess coming into the salon and Danielle saved my life!!! My hair has never looked this beautiful!! I love it!!!! If I lived here I would come every week for her to do her magic on me!!!❤️

Called for an appointment spur of the moment after my flight home got canceled and I was stuck in Charlotte for the day. Kelly was able to fit me in as she had a cancellation. She did a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair and it was an absolute pleasure to be in her chair. The head massage that went along with my hair wash was an unexpected bonus. Very nice place and great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Angelica saved me from a not so great hair appt earlier in the day! She was able to fit me in last minute so that my hair would be ok for an event I had that night. She knew exactly what to do and I am so thankful. I would highly recommend her for blondes!

By far the best experience I've ever had at a salon. For context, my hair was previously dyed platinum blonde, and had a lot of harsh, dark color buildup over it. Before I moved to the area, I even had a salon refuse to do a color service on my hair in this state. I called Theory and they fit me in the day of! I showed my stylist, Angelica, pictures of what I was hoping to achieve. But knew that this may not have even been possible with the state of my hair and was honestly just looking for something a little bit more livable than what I had. She really took the time to understand my hair and make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I have to say that I have never been so pleased with my hair leaving a salon than I was at Theory. Angelica made my hair even better than I could have hoped for assuming I came in with completely undamaged hair. This is actually the first time I've had my hair match the picture I was going for. Not to mention that on top of the color being perfect, my hair feels so healthy and soft! I really wish I could leave 10 Stars... For sure going to be my go-to salon from now on :)

A wonderful location with all of the bells n whistles, good atmosphere and fairly easy to find - but Karie is the main reason I keep returning. She is so professional, caring and open when it comes to my hair. There have been times when I’ve come with a picture of what I’m looking for and other times when I’ve just let her improvise on my hair and the results have always been primo. Above all she makes me comfortable during the process. Great conversation and great input every time.

Angelica did a great job with cut and color. I had been using box color and it was brassy plus a few months of Covid roots showing. Toned it down and made it look fabulous. The haircut was awesome as well!

After neglecting my hair for years, I finally made an effort to be kinder to my hair and went to Theory. I was nervous to trust someone new with my hair (especially with color), but I was in great hands with Karie. She brought new life to my hair and continues to make it look the best it ever has! Andrea is the best! She's been cutting and coloring my hair since I moved down to Charlotte. She always gives me the perfect cool tone for my balayage. I recommend her to all my friends and co-workers and they love going to her as well!

Andrea is the only stylist who has touched my hair in years! She knows exactly how to balayage my hair so that the colors blend together perfectly as my roots grow out in-between visits. Asked for a natural auburn ginger look, got a juvenile punk red and condescendingly told it was what I asked for. Love paying nearly $200 for the exact same color I had during my emo phase, which was easily achieved solo and with box dye.

Danielle is the best! I've been seeing her for 4 years now and she always does the best job with my cut and color! I trust her 100% with my hair and I always take her advice for how to update/touch up my color each time I see her, and I've never been disappointed. I've been going to Theory for over 10 years and I can't say enough good things about them. I've never stayed at a salon for this long! Magan is a genius when it comes to getting blonde hair color right. Never brassy, never washed out or chunky highlights, always looks natural, with baby highlights. Most stylists can get the cut right and not the color, or vice versa, but Magan gets it ALL right. My daughter goes to some of the other stylists and we are always pleased. Logan at the front desk is lovely! I never wait for appointments, I get reminders for upcoming appointments--It's a well-run, female-owned great small business. Highly recommend.

Karie has been my stylist for the better part of a decade. I trust her 100%. Every time I go to her, I ask that she does whatever she thinks will be best for me. Cut, color, anything. She takes my lifestyle and normal beauty regimen into consideration which I really appreciate. Every time I leave her chair I feel amazing. Not only is she the best stylist I've ever had, she's a fantastic listener too. I have recommended her to everyone I know. I'm a fan for life.
