I have been dealing with a chronic pain condition for many years, and I have had countless massages, many of which left me feeling worse afterward. But Sandy was a completely different experience. I have never felt truly safe on a massage table with any other practitioner. She was gentle, empathetic, and she zeroed right in on the tension in my body instinctively. I wish I had found her sooner!

Wow, wow and yet another wow. This place is amazing clean, friendly staff that actually know what they’re doing. By far the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty of massages. Raging from expensive resorts, cruises and other offices. My Therapist name was Sandy, she applied the correct pressure and found all the spots where I was tense. For the first time ever I fell asleep while getting a massage it was so amazing and so relaxing. Thank you Sandy your have healing hands. I would recommend you treat yourself to a fabulous massage experience.

Definitely choose 90 over 60. Very comfortable setting. No stress experience. This was my first session, and I needed "therapeutic" attention - fully satisfied with skill and techniques applied to move me forward towards healing.

Highly recommended for sports/deep tissue massage. I was in Orlando for a tennis tournament and developed tennis elbow and overall soreness from excessive play. I saw Sandy for two days. She took care of all my needs. She knew exactly where my pain and soreness were and treated those areas well. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely come back the next time i'm in Orlando. I wouldnt have done well in the tournament without Sandy's help! Thanks Sandy!

I received a full relaxation massage. My provider, Adrian, listened to what I wanted done and did exactly what was needed. He is amazing! I would definitely recommend him anytime. I’ve had hundreds of massages due to a health condition but this was the first time that a massage therapist didn’t account for the time properly and finished my left arm then said, “that’s the time. Do you want to continue?” without finishing the right or bringing the massage to a closure. This was after the therapist told me that she’s been working as a massage therapist for 15 years. In my experiences, globally, with massages: there’s a beginning where they warm up and assess the requested area (e.g., shoulders, neck); detail massage requested area; then finish the session with a calming or energy swipe from the area). I’m questioning why she started the left arm knowing the time instead of bringing the session to a proper closure instead of leaving me, the client, with the choice of buying more time or having one arm done. Throughout, I thought I’d recommend this place for someone looking for a gentle massage but not for someone needing more pressure. — It also started unlike any other. The table was warm which has been a practice around the globe and a nice practice in the industry. However, I informed the therapist that it was extra warm (this was the first time in my life that I’ve said that - I love heat) to the point that it was challenging to breathe. Perhaps I was having a tough day - I’m not sure why I had that reaction but I spoke up. She turned off the table heat but then proceeded to put the sheet over my head. I again said, “I need air.” Knowing that I already expressed that I was overheated, at the beginning of the massage, she then put hot towels on my back. I mentioned the concern again about being too warm but she said that was the way to warm up the back. Again, I’ve had hundreds of massages and this is not the only way to warm up the back. In my experiences, hot towels are not used at the beginning on my back. I’m open to new experiences. But I’m left dumbfounded. The office and the area was clean and quiet, and the therapist was calm and nice… but maybe I had my expectation set too high based on the reviews and past experiences. P.S. The business texted me a few weeks later because of this review and informed me that they provided a refund. Based on their message, I recognize this is not the way they expect to operate. I respect their outreach. I did not request a refund. I’m not seeking reimbursement. I tipped the therapist. I just recommend other clients to speak up when appointments go well or don’t go well, and I recommend that therapists are mindful of each client’s concerns, time and their practice.
