I’m so glad I found Amethyst! She has been working on me post Mommy make over for anbout 2 months and I cannot stress how important and essential lymphatic massages are post care. She is very educated and highly skilled, I will one thousand percent recommend her for any massage service and I do not know what I would do without her trough this recovery, she has sure made it smooth for me.

Highly recommend. My body was physically changed after my lymphatic massage. I could breathe better, my body looked more defined, and my energy was heightened throughout the day. Great for self-care. The location has a warm feel and the whole experience made me feel safe, relaxed, and peaceful. Looking forward to my appointment next week!

I recently got a massage after hurting my back at work. Amethyst was very knowledgeable and polite. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything. Also her studio is a welcoming, and relaxing vibe definitely will be coming back.

I went to Amethyst for lymphatic massage and she made me a believer, she is highly trained and skilled. Her space is beautiful and relaxing where she works her magic. The amount of fluid and hardened tissue she removed and broke down from the affected area was significant. Once I’m done with my lymphatic massages I look forward to getting some regular massages from her as well. I am so happy my doctor referred me to her.

Amethyst is very educated and highly skilled. She uses a variety of techniques including cupping to release muscle tension in her massages. She is absolutely the best. Also the ambiance is so relaxing as well. I absolutely love the massage experience at her studio!

Every massage with Amethyst is an amazing experience. I always come out feeling 100% better than when I came in. I go religiously every month. I had a car accident 18 months ago and going to see her and relax my muscles has helped so much I almost feel human again! It a wonderful way to increase the effectiveness of the physical therapy! And I now know for a fact I snore when I fall asleep, yes I was so relaxed by the massage I feel asleep on the table( more than once)!

My back was killing me! Probably 9 out of 10 on pain scale. I was nervous about even having anyone touch me. Amethyst was great. Worked on areas around the inflamed site before working directly on site. After 1.5 hours I had about 40% relief. I was thankful for that. 2 hours after treatment I had 90% relief. THANK YOU!!!

This is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with a massage therapist. She's very aware of what her client needs, professional, very friendly, and her studio is so relaxing. She chose the most relaxing music and fragrances so that my experience was transcending. I walked in stressed, tight, and in pain. I walked out relaxed, pain free, and ready to face the day! I can't recommend her enough. Every time I am in Reno from now on, I know who my therapist will be! Thanks again Amethyst!
