This place is super cute and cozy! When you walk into the lobby there are different facial cleansers, moisturizers, teas, bracelets, CBD ointments and gummies that you can purchase. It’s a very relaxing environment, soothing music, and everyone is very warm and welcoming. I was gifted a massage for my birthday. I got a massage today by Gwen and she was absolutely amazing. She massaged me from head to toe and her hands are magical. I told her my problem areas and she really honed in on them with just the right amount of pressure. Honestly, the combo of the comfy warm bed and Gwen made me nod off for a while, it was so relaxing. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. The massages and other services are quite pricey, but they offer an affordable monthly membership.

I was a member here for over a decade and the membership has doubled in price in that time with steeper restrictions. Benefits expire within 6 months despite costing over $100. The massage therapists used to almost all be outstanding but now there has been high turnover with most of the best long standing therapists leaving. I booked a couples massage and neither of us had a good experience. I felt really connected to this space as it has been there for me in a lot of hard times but I can’t keep up this very costly membership when I don’t feel valued as a client. I hadn’t mentioned the cancellation policy because I understand that it is a standard policy. I’m only editing my review now and including this because the business brought it up and made it a focus of their response to me. They also replied to me via email and told me that more of my benefits have expired which feels like retaliation for a bad review. Regardless, a 6 month expiration window is unreasonable for an over $100 service. They do not provide any way to view or manage your benefits online. There’s no way to check how many benefits you have or when they expire without calling them. They benefit from leaving you in the dark. When benefits expire they do not notify you and your money evaporates without receiving a service for it. I’m not sure any of this is even legal considering CA has laws regarding how business have to operate memberships and one of those laws has to do with members having access to their membership information to be able to manage it online. I’m leaving a 10 year membership feeling very hurt and resentful.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 80 minute light/Energy work session with Minerva, the Reiki master and energy healer at Therapie Spa, and it was truly transformative. Initially, I was skeptical about the effectiveness of energy healing, but Minerva's skills won me over completely. During the session, I felt a profound sense of heaviness lift from my shoulders and chest, and my breathing became noticeably easier. Almost two weeks later, I still experience a remarkable sense of lightness and clarity. Minerva's ability to create a comfortable environment and provide clear guidance made the process incredibly smooth and insightful. The unexpected emotions and images that surfaced during the session contributed significantly to my healing. Loved slowly recovering in a separate hospitality/welcome room for before/after services. Therapie Spa is absolutely worth the drive from Los Angeles. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine healing and a chance to reconnect with their body and cleanse their energy. I will definitely be returning for another session and recommending it to others. Minerva is the real deal, and her work is exceptional. I also look forward to trying out other services!

When I made appt, I was told the gift certificate for "signature service" would cover my expense. When I arrived, I gave the certificate to the receptionist, who said it was "fine". When I attempted to leave, I was told I owed more money because the gift certificate Was based on " Old fees". The certificate specifically said "signature service" there was no monetary amount, and there was no expiration date listed. This was done in front of my guest (AFTER our services) who I had treated for her birthday, and I was extremely embarrassed. I paid the extra money for both services, but feel this is wrong. Doesn’t even sound legal to me. Gave 3 stars because the actual treatment was very good.

Gone well downhill with new owners. I had been a member here for years 6+ and once the new owners took over about a year ago the place has declined. 4 out of my last 5 services have been bad (inconsistent pressure or just low effort, don’t even ask what you are looking for, a lot of talking from the masseuse, or estheticians trying to sell too much product). It seems to be a completely new team from a year ago. They have changed policies on their membership which is their right, however communication is poor and any ability to raise concerns to management have been ignored. I have member credits that I can’t even give away as friends I have gifted them to before are not impressed and don’t want to come back.

Korrin is amazing, she gives massages that are the perfect combination of relaxing and working out tightness/knots but somehow still makes that relaxing? She has a great intuition and uses techniques I've never felt before that work so well. I've been to her many times before and have never been disappointed, she has healing hands. Will keep coming back! 🙌🏼

Leela and Puumba are both great - got the 50 minute swedish from them. Heated table is great. As long as the room’s ac unit/fan isnt on it is a relaxing music environment and very comfortable.

This place is so perfect for a relaxing and healing experience. I really appreciated the heated bed and soft linens, and everything in the building is clean and beautifully kept. Puumba was my practitioner and I would absolutely recommend her service to anyone. I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy and she really helped to alleviate the pain I've been experiencing in my hips.

This was my first visit, facial and massage and I'm feeling great. The service is friendly and professional and the front desk answered all of my questions. Both esthetician and massage therapist listened to my needs and got right to it with minimal talking. This Microderm+Vitamin C Enzyme Facial has me glowing and the Signature Massage has me ready for a snack and a nap.

While we didn’t get service here an ended up having to cancel our apt. I do want to say after reaching out to almost 20 diff spas in the SD area asking about accommodating 9 girls for a Bach. Not only were they the first to say they could but they were professional, timely, an splendid to work with via phone an email. I am sad we won’t be able to get a spa treatment done here.

Called on a Wednesday afternoon to see if I can get a massage same day or anytime after, up to the upcoming weekend. Nobody answered, attempted twice. Then I went online and tried booking there, only to be redirected to call and make a reservation over the phone. I attempted one last time to call but nobody answered. Friday, rolls around and I call again. At last, someone answers and informs me they're booked for the whole weekend! Great! She even suggested I try to call in earlier ahead of time. Funny, it must've slipped my mind.

Decided to try this place out after a great recommendation. Was not disappointed! Beautiful atmosphere and great vibes all around. I recently ran a half marathon and Cait was able to bring my legs back to life! She’s definitely an expert in her field and I will be recommending and returning.

Great little space, with a fun boutique up front. Friendly staff and everything felt very clean. It was somewhat noisy in the massage room I was in (mostly noise from people outside the building) but due to the location I don’t think that can be avoided, unfortunately. Otherwise great massage experience.

Hypnotic. That was the word to describe my massage today from Pumba. But it’s so consistent with everyone here. Every masseuse I've had here has been amazing. Facials are amazing as well. I always leave feeling so rejuvenated. Their membership program is a great deal and awesome way to get you in for self care. It's a hidden gem for sure.

Very trash they don’t mind continuously canceling your appointment. And its Frustrating because I do not live close and my appointment has now been canceled twice. With no sign of caring or trying to help me out. As of right now I will NOT recommend anyone to come here
