Renee cut my hair for the first time. I have just moved here from South Mississippi and had the same hair stylist for 10+ years, so worried that someone new would mess up my hair! I was so worried! But I read her bio on the website and I knew that is who I wanted to do my hair! I was running a few minutes late because I am still so terrible with directions in this area even with gps! She was was waiting for me at the front door and still did my hair! I am so happy I found her! I am going back in a couple of weeks to get my color done by her. I am so happy! 😁

They know what they are doing and it's a nice atmosphere in a convenient location. It's expensive but everywhere is if you want something classy and trendy.

I had a great experience with Jordan B. He’s gentle, he takes his time to listen to you to understand what you want, makes follow up questions and really makes sure that you are both on the same page before starting to work on your hair. He gave me great suggestions. He took his time to work on my hair, which is refreshing to me. He was gentle and very kind and down to earth. He’s a calmed person and I enjoyed his company. Thank you, Jordan!!! I have been going to the salon for a while now and have always enjoyed it. However, this was the best experience yet. I completely recommend giving Jordan a try 🩵

Very unprofessional. Not only are their haircuts and services over $400. They actually have a sign on the mirror saying their services have went up since then. I paid a lot of money and maybe 50 to 60 bucks worth of a tip, including buying their products. Just to be told my hairstylist canceled on me and I had to call back and make an appointment Once I tried to make an appointment, I never heard back. Never got a call or text back. I will be taking My money elsewhere to a place that actually cares about their clients.

Chrissy was amazing! Really appreciated the professionalism of listening and confirming what I like and what I don’t, as we delved into my first haircut and color. Definitely found my new favorite salon professional in the Charlotte area! Very thankful too, because I just moved here and I had been with the same professional for 25 years. Hard to change for sure, but only at first. Thank you, Chrissy! I will be back :-)

LC was perfect! I am so thankful I found her and this salon! I drove two hours to get to my appointment and was barely hanging on to the smallest hope that anyone could help me. I had descended into the rabbit hole of questionable past (bad haircuts). I am in my fifties and have had a lot of hair cuts and styles to study and mull over. Over the years, I have only walked out of a salon feeling good about myself a hand full of times. In the past, I would hibernate for about two weeks before publicly appearing anywhere outside of necessary haunts for others’ approval or indifference. THIS WAS NOT ONE of those times. I am renewed in my faith of the existence in true talent, knowledge, and professionalism! DO. NOT HESITATE to make an appointment with LC! She is truly fabulous! The attention to every detail and nuance spoke to this girl’s artistic talent. She is definitely in her element! I walked out of the salon smiling and felt so good about myself! Cannot express my gratitude enough. Finally, 50 plus years later, I have found the one! Thank you LC.

Jen is just absolutely amazing. I don’t go in a lot. Maybe a couple times a year but she treats me just as if I regularly came in every two months. She is so sweet and so freaking talented. She does my hair to perfection every time. Couldn’t ask for a better stylist. The rest of the staff are incredible too. The guy at the front desk (Paul I think 😬) is always so kind to me. I just love this place and every time I leave I think to myself I need to go back more because it just puts me in this state of relaxation lol. But seriously such a great salon

Recently moved to the area and it’s always nerve wracking to find a new salon. I’m thrilled to have found Nancy at Therapy. She listened to my need for something low maintenance and also took the time to show me how to wrangle my curly hair. I’m so pleased with my haircut, probably one of the best cuts I have ever had.

Fantastic first experience with Tarah! First I had the most thorough discussion about changing my color and adding layers to my cut for better movement. We discussed color options, and reviewed inspiration pics. I went a little darker and received the most compliments on my hair ever! Cut is so great too. Layers give my hair bounce and body and make it so much easier to blow dry. 10/10 on communication. Wouldn't change a thing!

This was the worst haircut ever! Most of my previous stylists think my hair is a blessing to work with, because i have healthy, straight hair! And yet i have never been more so upset walking out of a hair salon, right before holiday season. I asked for volume, i think it’s not my job to tell the stylist how to get volume. All i got was flat hair with zero volume and 2 inches shorter. And i paid 97$ for just taking 2 inches off my hair. I asked if i could go shorter for face framing layers, to see at least some change, and the stylist asks me if i am sure! I don’t know, I am not the expert here! Tell me what’s best! And to add on, zero styling! The stylist cut my hair after drying it, so whatever the bare minimum blow dry she gave me, was gone, because she ran her brush and fingers through my hair multiple times! So disappointing!

I have been going to Therapy Hair Salon since I moved to Charlotte and they never disappoint. This time I went to see Tarah and she was great with attention to detail. She listened to all my usual concerns I have when getting a haircut and I left with a beautiful cut exactly as requested.

My roots were brassy and hair overprocessed from a previous hair color gone wrong. Nothing I used from purple shampoo and purple hair oil treatment would undo the brassiness. Therapy salon assessed my hair and Jordan, in particular took great gentle care in fixing it. My color is perfect and they laid out a plan for future hair care that will be less maintenance in the long run. The HRT replacement for perimenopause I'm on has definitely affected strength and thickness of my hair and it breaks easily. I'm very grateful for attention to detail and caring. The reviews and how nice and experienced the staff was is true. Thank you Therapy salon!

Chrissy is amazing! I absolutely love my haircut! She is extremely thorough and listened carefully to what I wanted. She had great recommendations and my haircut came out way better than I ever could’ve expected! Therapy Hair Salon is wonderful!
