We have been seeing this whole team since before my youngest was born which was almost 22 years ago. We love everyone there. Lang gave my sons their first haircut. They are both Autistic and Lang was very patient when I wanted to crawl out of my skin. Many more great haircuts to come. Thank you ladies & Lang.

I booked an appointment for today. Showed up on time. The place was closed. I have tried to come by during business hours before and the place is closed. I don’t know what’s going on here but you have an open sign on and business hours posted but there’s no one here. I would have appreciated at least a text so I didn’t have to drive here.

I went a few months ago to get my hair done by Theresa and she did a great job on my hair so I said I should go back again. Yeah no. I tried to request an appointment and they ignored me so I called and they set it up. I went in and the lady (wasn’t Theresa that did my hair) COMPLETELY messed up my hair. I asked for a trim on my layers, bangs and length of my hair and I don’t see where she trimmed anything at all other than my bangs and she cut them way too short. I ended up going and getting it fixed somewhere else. Staff is also very rude and non stop gossips about everybody including customers. Spent way too much money for a haircut I hated. I won’t be going back.

Gail is always awesome and personable when I come in for my appointment! I love the atmosphere and how knowledgeable these ladies are. When I came in, my hair was green and a mess, and they fixed my hair and bright it back to life! I go regularly to ensure my hair stays healthy. Thank you Gail!

Absolutely amazing service. I’ve been going here since i was 15 and i have never had any problems. The service is great It’s a great family environment and very comfortable. I have been going to Theresa for 10+ years. I absolutely live the environment and atmosphere of her salon. I have had everything from braids to color services and 100% trust her and her staff. Definitely recommend giving her salon a try.

I was conflicted about posting this review. After going to the salon a few years ago I decided to give it another try. The same two women were there. Unfortunately, the salon seems like it has really gone downhill. The place was dirty and covered in hair. I was one of the first appointments of the day. Things look like they have not been cleaned from the day before. I spent a decant amount of money that day. I walked out of the salon with a bleach spot in my dark brown hair and brown in my light blonde hair. I realized since it was on top of my head, that Gail had to have seen the spot. After assuming she just let me leave like that, I went to another salon where I spent the same amount of money and received a fantastic FIX! (also I received a great toner in my hair because the one Gail put in washed out within the day) Why didn't I go back and speak to anyone? When I see employees who are comfortable in a job and feel comfortable with sloppy work,I will not return. These employees are obviously comfortable in a work environment with a great boss who gives them concert tickets and gifts. My question is why aren't they following up with great service and great results. Unfortunately I will not be returning. It seems like the owner either accepts this from the employees or does not realize what is going on.

I’ve been a client since 2000 and there are not enough words to describe Theresa or her amazingly talented team! She has a heart of gold and is truly one of the most talented hair artists I have ever known! She is not only a beautiful, kind, and compassionate woman but her values and morals are above reproach! I would give her 10+ stars and highly recommend her salon to everyone reading this!

Lindsay did my hair. It was a cut and small section of hair (money bangs) to be dyed back to my natural hair color. The cost for those was $90, reasonable.. I guess. Within 48 hours and not washing it, the dye had faded and has a red tint. She was very nice and the salon was clean but that doesn’t really matter if the outcome isn’t great. I texted her a week later (I got married and didn’t have time to go back within a few days) and she let me know that it would be $40 to redo the dye because of store policy past 7 days. Not sure if this is an industry standard or what, but to me this seems criminal. From the amount of dying she did I think buying a box from Walmart might be the better option for me personally next time. I was hoping to have a good first time experience but I can’t say I did. This picture was taken just 3 days after my appointment. This was on my wedding day and as you can see my hair is not the same color. While sitting in the chair I had a good experience but outside of that I wouldn’t recommend nor will I be returning.

I had a not so great experience with this place. The lady that worked with me wasn’t super friendly. I also asked for a shaggy/more layered haircut along with curtain bangs. My hair after the fact had MAYBE one long layer and my bangs were all one length, so they looked horribly thick and block-like. They also didn’t blend into the rest of my hair whatsoever. One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten and I thought I was doing myself a favor going into a salon. Ended up getting it fixed at Hair Cuttery and it was exactly what I wanted!

I have been going to Theresa for ages. Have followed her from one shop to another. She does a terrific job and is the only one I will let touch my hair. I see Julie, to get my nails done every two weeks. I allow her to pick the colors and she does a wonderful job, and the color stays for more than two weeks. Highly recommended both these highly skilled ladies or anyone in the shop.

I went because I only read the 5 star reviews, my fault. 😔 The hair dresser was nice and friendly, but as for her cutting, not the same. I was charged 55$ for a 20 minute wash, trim, and blow dry. (OH and some curling iron curls.) I say trim because I asked for layerS I got one, I think 🤔 I also asked for bangs, again my fault. 😔 I was not impressed with the quality of work. I do not recommend. 😐

My experience was great. Lindsey is amazing. She listened to my concerns about a bad hair cut and color I received from a different establishment. She was able to give me the style and color that I absolutely love. Lindsey will definitely be my stylist going forward. Thank you so much Lindsey!

Horrible hair cut. If you can’t or are uncomfortable with men’s hair just don’t take the job. Didn’t listen to anything I asked for and kept asking me ”is that good” hair is totally uneven. If you’re a male stay away from this place. Clearly just specifically for woman. Should have gone somewhere else

This was my first visit to the salon and I was very satisfied! My hair was layered and cut to the length I asked. Very friendly and clean. The prices are very good! I will be going there from now on. Trust me, I am very picky when it comes to my hair. Lol. Theresa was amazing.
