I recently moved to the area, was searching for a stylist that I could go to consistently, and found this salon online. I made an appointment here with Nicci through the Booksy app about a week or so prior to my appointment. All of that week I received confirmation emails, so I thought that this would be a painless experience. Once arriving to the salon on time, I stood outside for around 20 minutes with Nicci’s sister, who, having some difficulty with getting the code for the door, informed me that Nicci was coming to let us in. After Nicci arrived, which was around 30 minutes after my appointment time, she proceeded to inform me that she didn’t know she had any appointments that day and that she could “squeeze me in” between doing a color treatment on her sister. I asked to be sure if booking through Booksy was the correct way to make an appointment, which she informed me it was, but also said that she didn’t look at or check the Booksy app that week. No where was an apology or attempt to make it right made other than to be “squeezed in” to a time slot I made an appointment for. I waited for a few minutes while she started on her sister’s head because I was trying to be patient and I really wanted to give her a chance. Eventually, though, I told her I was leaving. The only time she mentioned a possible discount was when I informed her I was leaving, having not received any services from her. I was very frustrated because I wasted a good chunk of my weekend taking my braids down to prep for the appointment and because I ended up having to wash and do my hair myself before work that week. I did not feel like my time was respected at all during this experience and will not be booking with her again.

This is the second time Nicci has done my hair and both times I have loved my results!! I get the deluxe wash, conditioner and hair cut. For the quality of service, the price is great!

This was my first visit and Marcus was excellent! He didn't just jump in. He listened & really took his time. He evened out my color, trimmed my hair. My hair has never felt so healthy and with so much body! I look forward in going to him again.

Highly unprofessional. Showed up times and both times Nikki was late. Then on my rescheduled appointment she says she doesn’t have time to cut and style my hair only flat iron. That’s makes no sense. To just flat iron my hair and not get a cut. Will not be coming back

Nikki was amazing and fast, she finished a crochet install and my silk press within 3 hours. She was so sweet also, all of the staff had welcoming personalities, I was 30 min late and even calling to notify them they were pleasant and sweet. Ill definitely be back. They can have all my money for any hair services that I need!!!!!

Went to 4 U Eyebrows. Haefa is wonderful. The location is very clean PPE in full use. She also offers facials now along with makeup and henna. It's always a good experience and she takes appointments so there is usually no more than one or two people there at a time. I don't let anyone else thread my eyebrows.

Ok this is my first time leaving a review on any place. I had to give a shout out to the salon 972 and my girl Bre! I went in there very concerned bout the cut I had. I cut my hair a few months ago and I hated it. I went in and did a consultation first and she listened to me closely and actually gave me a mirror and showed the back of my hair which i had no idea was more messed up then the front which i had most issue with and told me my options on how to fix it. I was nervous because I could tell she was young. Boy did she ease my nerves. I got a wash condition blow dry flat iron and a cut. No fuss no stress with one swoop of the scissors all those choppy uneven layers were gone without takin all my length. I am never one to really brag or be feeling myself. But!.....lol she curled my hair and bang and I looked in the mirror and fell in love! I was so happy! I paid her hugged her and let her know shes officially my hairdresser! The salon is clean and very nice good music playing my daughter sat on a couch comfortable. Great experience! Paid exact same amount as I did for the first cut I had months ago but better results so I felt it was so worth it! Bre your my girl! We left and my daughter had to tell me to stop looking in the window touching my hair..."it looks good mommy!" I know right! Definitely go check out the salon 972 you wont regret it!
