I had my first appointment at Third Space Salon with Erica yesterday and its hands down the best haircut I've received in Austin. Highly recommended for men with long hair. Looking forward to my next visit!

Erica's hair cuts are like crack. Get one and you'll be calling her in the middle of the night begging for your next appointment. Most people never get the opportunity to have stylist of this level work on their hair. She visions it and makes it happen. It's the type of thing you didn't realize you were missing until she did it, and you're like, "my hair does that!?!" That's probably why visiting rock stars want to work with her.

I received several unsolicited compliments from friends after Erica trimmed up my overgrown locks into a better looking, more manageable cut last week. I feel I can trust her sense of style and her expertise. Definitely recommend.

Third Space salon is my go-to place for a perfect haircut. Every. Time. Owner-operator Erica Rae is a pro with decades of experience, yet remains down to earth, warm, and witty. She's consistently applied artistry with precision to the myriad styles I've requested over the years, and she intuitively knows how to cut in a manner that's face-flattering. The time flies by when I'm in her chair, and I always leave with an extra bounce in my step. Bonus: Erica's cuts grow out beautifully, so if I'm traveling and need to stretch an extra week or two between salon visits, it's all good thanks to Erica's expertise. Brava!

I went in on Friday for the first time and received a haircut from Jessica. Had a great experience from start to finish and really appreciated that she took the time to hear my goals and followed through. I’m always a little nervous when I’m seeing someone new but she made me feel so comfortable. Looking forward to seeing her again for my next cut!

I booked a blow out appointment with Jessica a week ago through class pass, and she cancelled my appt last minute. This was a blowout for my baby shower and couldn’t find any other salon on a Friday to take my appt. Super unprofessional.

I loved working with Erica for my wedding hair! Right from the start she was super responsive, and she couldn’t have been more accommodating when we had to postpone our date due to the pandemic. She is super laid back and friendly and did a fantastic job styling my hair along with all my bridesmaids and flower girls — everyone looked great! Erica was so patient with my indecisiveness and helped me envision a few different options. She’s also just such a kind, easy going person! Thanks, Erica!

Erica provides stellar service for everything from regular trims to my absolutely perfect wedding hair. She was able to execute exactly what I wanted and it stayed in place even for the after party! The salon is a lovely and inviting space as well.

I'm always amazed with the amazing mallet and company that AKB provides! He goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable at the salon and elated with my hair after every visit! I have fine, curly hair, which can be tricky to work with, but he nails it every time! He's the only one I'll go see for hair luvin'!

Callie did my hair for my wedding nearly a year ago. She did my make-up for the wedding and for a photo-shoot that occurred on a different day. Callie nailed it on both days. She delivered just the results I was looking for. I wore a 1960s-style, non-traditional wedding dress, and she go my hair just right--and I have to say that I don't have the best hair for up-dos. Callie spent a lot of time with me on the pre-wedding, dry-run to perfect the look. On top of her terrific skills, Callie is a warm and funny person. I enjoyed every minute that I spent in her chair. She's the best! I'm now trying to book her to do my hair for my one-year wedding anniversary night out.

Erica is my girl, I have followed her the last 7 years until she finally opened her own place. I had long hair for decades, I decided to cut it off, she did an amazing job; it's being 5 years... love it every time:)

This is a wonderful modern salon with a quaint old neighborhood feel. Erica is an artist with her haircuts and Lotta is simply a "Queen of red hair colors" Erin did my last hair-color and it is natural perfection . What a new Austin POSH Treasure this place is . I highly recommend THIRD Space Salon
