Tiffany is an incredible hair stylist and created the perfect experience for my wedding with her hair and makeup. She created a perfect atmosphere filled with lots of laughs and made everyone feel beautiful. I also have gone to Tiffany for normal, everyday hair stuff, not just wedding related, and it was a wonderful experience.

Tiffany was an absolute joy to work with for my wedding day beauty needs. From our first consultation, I could tell she was friendly, professional, and insightful. Tiffany listened closely to my vision and helped me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the process, allowing me to feel like myself but with a natural glow-up. The hair and makeup she provided for me and my bridesmaids was of the highest quality - my look lasted all day without any touch-ups needed. Tiffany also provided excellent guidance on hair extensions, helping me figure out the right ones to complement my style. I felt completely in control throughout the process, and she took all of my feedback into consideration during the trial run to ensure my vision came to life perfectly on the big day. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon with Kristen. I have never seen a salon quite like hers. The vintage vibe is so calming and welcoming. Very clean. Lots of natural lighting so you feel beautiful the whole time you are getting your hair done compared to salons that use fluorescent lighting. I LOVED the way my hair came out and is exactly what I asked for. My hair feels and looks amazing. Kristen is very well versed in her craft and you can tell she really loves what she does. She educated me on what type of shampoo and conditioners would best suit my hair type and how to maintain it. She gives an amazing scalp massage and her shampoo bowls are so comfortable on your neck compared to other salons I’ve been to. All of the other staff in the salon are super friendly and all work well together. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

The decor of the salon blew me away, just amazing, upscale, unique, cute all the things. You can tell they are serious about hair here. They also use a high quality product line. I see Kristen and it’s been the best hairstylist and salon experience I’ve had since I moved to stl 10 years ago. She listens!! She is super sweet and professional!! She doesn’t cut corners and does what is needed and best for the hair. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and I appreciate it so much. Worth every penny. I love how she’s transformed my hair in only 2 appointments, makes me feel younger and more attractive to have a flattering color and cut. Thrilled with this experience/Kristen/salon. Highly, highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kristen was INCREDIBLE! I trusted her completely and she listened to every concern/want/need. Such a relaxing experience and she went above and beyond, plus she was so kind and friendly!! Highly recommended the salon in general but also Kristen specifically!!

Alyssa did a fantastic job with my hair color and gave me some great hair trips and got me going with some good hair products. She’s also very personable, and I had a great time talking with her about various topics. I highly recommended her and this salon. It’s in a great spot, and bright and cheery.

Alyssa is my go to girl at 13th and Washington. No matter what change I want in my color she hits it out of the park every time! I wanted to go from summer blonde tones to Richer golden tones for fall. Alyssa keeps my hair in excellent shape, using the best of products, feeling healthier and stronger every time I see her. I love spending time in her chair and needless to say I absolutely love the Loft salon.

Kristen is nothing short of amazing! Every time I have come in, she does a thorough consultation with me beforehand. Even when I struggle to express what I want for my hair, Kristen delivers on exactly what I was envisioning. One of the most important things to me was having my hair look good so I didn’t need to come as often. Im at four months since Kristen did my hair and it still looks as good as the day I had it done. I receive compliments all the time on my hair and most of all, it is exactly what I asked for and she designed it to fit me and my lifestyle. The space: This is my favorite salon I’ve ever been to! I’d describe it as zen, eclectic, and bright. I felt so relaxed during my appointment and loved exploring all of the little details in Kristen’s space. She even has a cool kitchen area in the salon and offered snacks and drinks, which added to the experience. The hair: I LOVE MY HAIR! I asked for a blended, lived-in look and that is exactly what Kristen delivered. My hair feels incredibly soft and the products she uses smell amazingggg. I’m also pretty sure I fell asleep during the scalp massage with a warm towel on my neck. The stylist: Kristen provided a really enjoyable experience for me and is such a sweet and talented person. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her and highly recommend you book a service with her as well!

I haven’t felt seen by a stylist until I met Nina. She listens to what I want to do and offers her own opinions, which I always appreciate. I feel like I’m working with a real expert. I always leave feeling so beautiful and my color lasts months.

I’m updating my previous review of this salon. I went here for years until my regular stylist moved to CA. Went to a different person and asked for my long hair to be cut into a pixie cut. I needed something easy to care for and enjoyed the style in the past. I’ve had it short 3 times before over the years and knew it was an easy style I enjoyed. The stylist told me that she “has a different client with that haircut. But she’s a lesbian and that works for her” and tried to talk me out of a pixie cut. Instead she gave me a Karen soccer mom bob. It was clear I didn’t like it, but she told me that I’d learn to like it. $80 for a haircut I hated. I was so angry and felt so talked down to. I went down the street to a new salon and got it fixed immediately and never went back. I would never go to this salon. It’s a beautiful venue, but I have never been treated so ridiculously.
