I have been going to Nazomi for several years and I have truly loved each haircut. She takes her time, listens, and always gives me good advice with styling on my own in between appointments. She is so lovely, professional, and extremely talented. I also love the store! Such fun inventory - i usually leave there with something new and awesome. I can't recommend This Corner enough!

Best haircut, ever! I seriously had not one bad hair day for three solid months. It looked great no matter what I did to it (or didn’t for that matter). Also, the shop is adorable. I always find something each time I’m there. Love this place!

I've tried a few different salons in the Rittenhouse area, and This Corner is now my go-to spot. I had popped in once or twice for a last-minute greeting card and noticed the salon area towards the back, so once when I needed a bang trim on short notice and my usual spots at the time were booked up, I remembered This Corner and gave them a call. I was given an opening that day with Kat, who did a great job on my bangs. They grew out nicely while I've also been growing out my hair, and when it was time for a refresh of my limp waves and reinstatement of my bangs, I booked a deva cut appointment with Christina. She transformed a bushy, devoid-of-style mess into a stylish, voluminous mane of curls, while preserving length to support my goal of growing out my hair. Christina was knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all-around great stylist who understood was I was looking for and offered helpful guidance on style & maintenance. I couldn't be more happy with my latest haircut. Whether you need a last-minute card & gift or a transformative haircut, This Corner is your spot.

I recently had my hair cut by Nina at This Corner as she is an amazing stylist and very sweet. All of the staff at This Corner are very personable and helpful to guests. I love this corner! It is so quaint and special. I found this place on a whim after passing by and have now seen Kylie to get my hair cut about 4 times now since moving to Philly not too long ago. She gave me the big chop and bangs! I have loved every cut, she even saved me 5 days before my wedding day when I went rogue and impulsively cut my own bangs. If it weren’t for her I would’ve been looking wonky, but she worked some serious magic. Best thing about this corner is they have the cutest gift shop to browse in pre- or post-appointment with unique stuff. This corner is such a hidden gem on a quiet street. If you’re someone who gets overstimulated easily or you are simply an introvert, this is the place for you. Think, peaceful and quirky, but not trying too hard to be different *chefs kiss*

This is my favorite place in all of Philly. Not only do I get the best haircut I could ask for from a perfectionist, I always leave finding and new and intersting gift or home item. The team there is warm and kind. The story is funky and cute. Every thing from the service to the items is meticulously designed and offered. High recommend this place

I have been going to Kylie for a few months for color & hair cuts and she always does an amazing job! I've struggled for years to find someone that specializes in cuts and color for curly hair and I am so glad that I found Kylie. I highly HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist.

Very relaxing city salon - you get a fun tea or sparkling water with your appointment sometimes too! I see Kat every 3 months or so and always leave feeling confident and with some new hair care tips & tricks. I’ve heard nice things about the other professionals in the salon as well. There’s a fun shop at the front too - lots of uniquely designed pieces that make great gifts.
