Had an appointment for a pedicure. Went in in person with my husband to make this appointment last week. Showed up 15 min earlier and no appointment in the computer. I remembered writing my name and phone number down on a paper to make sure the girl would write it right when I made the appointment. It took at least 15 min to discuss the service I wanted and finding a date available for them. After making me again writing my name down, and trying to find me with my phone number, she said my appointment was in January? And she said she never gave me an appointment for September? ( we are December 9th ? ) A LOT of confusion… no apologies just: “ I understand it may be frustrating.” She is implying that is MY mistake. We were 2 ( me and husband) and I wrote it down right away. I made her repeat to be sure cause she looked confused. The previous appointment been cancelled the same day cause finally they had no one to do pedicures. Unprofessional service. Will never go again.

I visited this salon to get my hair color done, and the person evaluated my hair type to provide an accurate price. She quoted me $88. However, when it was time to pay, I was asked to pay $100 instead. The consultation was supposed to confirm charges, so I was confused about the extra $12. I was considering this salon for regular visits, but after this disappointing experience, I am definitely not going back. While they may have gained an extra $12, they’ve lost a potential long term customer. This isn’t the right way to build a business.

Emma was extremely friendly and professional. Deborah, the owner was also very polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! All of the staff is friendly and attentive.

Canceled my end if the day appointment on me with only an hours notice, the reason given was the previous customer came in with box color and that appointment was running over. I am a previous customer who stopped coming here because of scheduling issues a few years ago. I am sad to see they still dont respect thier customers time. I wont be trying this salon again.

Highly recommend Leilani, my esthetician. In just two sessions, she has transformed my skin. Went to see her because I was tired of my skin looking dull with uneven tone. Now I am literally glowing. Her facials are so relaxing I almost fall asleep. She's super likeable and has great skincare tips

My stylists was extremely rude, refused to do highlights, argued with me about the color I wanted, that I have gotten for the last 12 years, told me I had to go darker, walked around for 40 minutes into my appointment, having done nothing, then comes back and tells me she doesn’t feel comfortable doing anything toy hair because she thinks I need to go darker. I spoke to The manager who told me they let stylists refuse to do someone’s hair at any time if they don’t think it’s going to turn out how they want. They also made you fill out a form on intake about your hobbies and how much money you were willing to spend and how often you were going to commit yo getting your hair done there. I have never seen a business so unprofessional and rude. I had gone here regularly several years ago but the pace was much nicer and business oriented then.

Plenty of stylists in an open space wth lots of seats/mirrors; my stylist does a good job; has massage and hair removal services; hair products for sale inside too

Haircut (65.00), by Lisa Keller 3 weeks ago. Stopped by to get my bangs trimmed and leave a 20% cash tip for the haircut. When I had my haircut, I did not have cash. She then charged me $17.00 to trim my bangs . She combed them out, cut, done, maybe 2 minutes.I could have done a better job myself. Tough lesson learned. I will never go there again. She lost a good customer. I feel she took advantage of me. She Lso said, if she had colored my hair, the bang trim would have been free. Is that some kind of discrimination against an older person who choses not to use color? That trip cost me $27.00. I feel like i got used. (Who goes back with a tip??)

I have been many times and I usually call last minute so I really can't make a specific request. I have been lucky each time to have someone that always gives me a really nice cut. I also go there to get the Murad skin care. I was looking for a certain product that isn't available from the manufacture. Leilani came out and personally recommended a replacement for me. Will definitely book a skincare appointment soon.

They cut my hair more than I expected but did an excellent job everybody says something about it also got my nails done I can't wait to get back to get it done again my hair was down to my waist but I'm loving it I definitely going back there again the people are so kind nice

As I was adjusting my appointment I could hear the receptionist making rude comments on the other end of the line. Perhaps they should properly mute next time. I will not be calling back.

I have been going to Thomas Scott for probably over 5 years now. Rachel is my stylist. I'm always over the moon happy with the end results. Rachel takes the time to listen to her clients and really delivers. Love this salon and the staff.

Went for a cut and color. After the color was started I was told they had bad news, they didn’t have the color to finish it. Could I come back another day after they ordered the color. I asked what they were going to do with what they started. They said we could bleach you out until you come back. So now I have a screwed up some kind of hair color. It’s a mess. Steel gray and silver is the most trendy color along with purple Who doesn’t carry that or bother to check to see if they have it before they start on your hair. When I left they charged me for the haircut. When I said I wasn’t happy I was told “We make mistakes too!” Just what I wanted to hear. When I scheduled the appointment last week why didn’t they bother to ask what color I was having. Front desk is rude.

I did blue color from half to ends and haircut. As a returning customer, I can say that Thomas Scott Salon always have offer professional service with reasonable prices. Emily took care of my hair today; basically she saw me and knew what I really want, she did a stunning job and gave me an excellent and professional customer service, also she was punctual 😃 They always go beyond my expectations!! Flexible and easy appointment booking.

Will no longer be going to this salon! Forgot to book 2 of my appointments but also never called my Mom about her stylist being sick. This place is not the same since the old manager Kay was with them. If you make an appointment I would make sure that they save it and go over it at least 2 to 3 times to make sure that they have it I’m going to a wedding this weekend and I’m without anybody doing my hair.
