Love going to this place for threading and waxing. The service is always so fast, my eyebrows never looked better! They’re really great at fitting people in last minute which is another plus and the results are amazing. Definitely recommend!

I looooved this place. It has been one of the best if not best wax I’ve ever gotten. The lady is very nice, careful and will make you feel comfortable. Almost painless wax. Thank you!

I am very excited to share this review, I recently got body waxed and the experience was great. Sushma is very skilled in her job and was able to do wax with proper attention and skills. She attended to what I wanted and achieved that with ease. The shop had good aura and vibes, she completed the task on time and I was able to attend my gathering. Totally recommended in Chicago.👌Great service.

Sushma is amazing!! I am so happy I found this gem of a place. She does the best threading in the city - very gentle, listens to what you want, and the prices for the area are unbeatable. On top of that, she is the sweetest woman and always willing to try to fit me in last minute when I don't plan ahead :) I will come here as long as I live in Chicago!!

1. This place is so hard to find, because the name is different on the outside of the building. 2. When I booked, I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed, w/o asking, she threaded them, and when I asked why not waxing, she said “oh, I guess I didn’t even ask. People prefer threading.” …Yes, but I asked for waxing. 3. My first time getting my legs waxed, which I announced several times when booking my appointment, and when I walked in, and I received no helpful tips, or preparation tips or anything. She looks at my legs, and goes “this might not work well because the hair isn’t long enough.” Then instead of suggesting anything else or saying “how about not today”, she waxes them, leaving me with splotchy legs. The whole time she is complaining about how the hair isn’t long enough, which, legit, I get, but I didn’t know, and I had no reference for what was “long enough.” While she did offer to wax the patchy parts after a few more days, I told her I wouldn’t have time to do that, and she still charged me full price. I didn’t think it was too bad yesterday when I had it done, but looking at it this morning, I am very disappointed with the end result on my legs. She was a kind, no-nonsense lady, but honestly I didn’t really feel like she took my concerns or questions into consideration. The positive reviews here encouraged me to book with this beauty bar, but after my experience, I’m not eager to go back.

Gem in the heart of the Gold Coast. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and I trust them 100% with my brows/threading. Tinting is good too.

It’s really unbelievable that your Google account says that you open at 11 AM but you want to put on your website that your clothes from the 17th until Monday that is really not OK and if you ask me that’s a bit racist grow up if you don’t want your business open during a hard time or during a holiday close it and for these people is saying that their eyebrows look great they look horrible so whoever is working there needs to stop working because they don’t know how to thread eyebrows they look like bushy caterpillars

I have been coming here for 3+ years! Sushma is amazing and really pays attention to what you want and works to make sure your eyebrows look perfect every time. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since high school and was really looking for someone I could trust with my eyebrows when I moved to Chicago. Sushma is one of the best!

Piyu is amazing! I have had leg wax and underarm waxing on the regular but is so quick you can’t even feel it! This was my First Brazilian wax and she was so thoughtful and patient. Not going to lie, it hurts but she me breaks when she felt I needed and made me feel comfortable during entire process. Will come again!

S did such a wonderful job threading my brows! She was kind, gentle, precise, and went over the shape with me before jumping in. The inside of the shop is intimate and relaxing.

Sushma is just incredible. I’ve had threading done before, but somehow she makes it hurt way less. On top of that, she did such a great job. She was incredibly very nice, polite, clean, on time, professional and efficient. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend her to anyone!
