DO NOT GET A FULL BODY WAX FROM HERE!! Unless you wanna break out all over your body. During my wax session, the lady dropped the wax stick on the FLOOR TWICE, and I had asked aren’t you going to get a new one and said no and kept waxing me. I had politely asked her to get a new one and just ignored me. This place is not hygienic at all. I’ve gotten a a full body wax before and have never broken out as bad as this. I had wax stuck all over my body and had asked to get it removed the lady told me that I’ll leave the oil and you can do it yourself. No concern for customer service at all. I had only came because of the reviews but NEVER AGAIN

AP the owner is absolutely amazing. This salon is INCREDIBLY reasonable and one of the few places i’ve been a regular customer at. I’m very specific with my eyebrow threading and let me tell you i’ve NEVER been disappointed. I’ve recommended this place to multiple friends which they have all become regulars at as well. Wish i could give this 10 stars. I cannot stress enough that this is the place you definitely need to go.

I recently visited for a body wax and am extremely satisfied! The staff was professional and attentive, and the facility was clean and welcoming. The results were fantastic; smooth and refreshed skin. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to Thread Salon 101 for 3 years and they are turning me away they specifically don’t like my energy. My last appointment was horrible. I walked in and waited from 8:30 to 2 pm Then she asked the eyebrow later to enter my session and she watched while my body was naked getting a private wax. She was very rough with my waxing and wouldn’t chat when I asked questions to her directly. Then the owner told her assistant that only does eyebrow to respond saying you can choose to chat with her if you choose not to ignore her questions. I was very polite to them and filing my complaint with the better business bureau. Do not go to Thread 101. Have a blessed day! Carmen

Can't say enough how friendly, convenient the salon is. Prices for services, you cant beat! 1st time here never had my eyebrows threaded and it wasn't painful like waxing. Ap makes you feel comfortable .

I absolutely love this place! I use their services for waxing and they are the best. The staff here are attentive, courteous, and professional while still being friendly and welcoming. They respond quickly to my requests for appointments and fit me in same day most of the time. The place is clean clean clean too! I highly recommend Thread Salon 101.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my brows!! I always enjoy coming here. You're always greeted with a very warm and genuine welcome. Place is always smelling good. Really good prices. AND they treat you like you're important. Funny too. I love it here

I got my Brazilian done by AP. She was wonderful and very fast, which I loved. She made me feel very comfortable. Totally recommend this place. Their prices are unbeatable. The place is also super clean and hygienic. Just a heads up, they take only cash. They do have an atm machine, but it charges a 2.50$ fee for withdrawal.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this threading salon. I went in for a simple threading of my brows. The attendant over-threaded both brows and threaded one side to the point that it was visibly thinner than the other. She actually removed hair from the start of the brow which establishes the shape of the brow and which did not need to be threaded. So the two sides ended up different sizes and shapes. I'm not a picky person when it comes to these things and have had my brows threaded for many years but the end result of this service was terrible. I immediately had to apply brow filler. The two stars are given because they were polite the three times I had my brows threaded there and because they are relatively inexpensive but in all things you get what you pay for.
