This place is literally a crime waiting to happen — I’ve never had a worse threading experience ever and I gave them 3 chances to make it better. The shape of my eyebrows is permanently altered for the worse and I’ve never had more ingrown hairs. My new threading salon asked me if I attempted to thread my own eyebrows myself like BFFR

I have been going to this place since it opened. One of the only places that’s reasonably priced and always does a great job. The ladies here are best.

Not good. Literally went in to get my upper lip and chin hair waxed/threaded and specifically mentioned that I cut easily and my whole chin is cut up anyway. And super overpriced, 10 dollars for upper lip!! Not worth it

The charge 15 dollars now. I’ve gone on and off for a year and they’re good at shaping but just pretty careless. They miss hairs all the time but don’t mind taking them off if you ask. But you have to speak up and really look over your brows. They won’t double check their work. Don’t expect like above and beyond service but they shape well. And twice now I’ve left with scabs and skin ripped off. I thought I could attach a photo but I can’t. Would only recommend if you’re in a pinch.

Always get my eyebrows threaded here. The ladies do a good job of being quick but can miss a few hairs sometimes which they are happy to take out when you point them out. Reasonably priced unlike the rest of South Loop.

I gave this place a chance 2-3 times. I love it for the location, but the threading technique is not good. On my last visit, the threader forgot to thread in between my brows. I pointed it out to her and she insisted it was threaded. I got home and clearly saw errors in the mirror. I haven’t been back since and have taken my threading business elsewhere (even though it’s out of way).

I have been coming here for a year and a half now and have had both waxing and eyebrow threading. This salon is clean and priced extremely reasonable in south loop and they do a wonderful job on my eyebrows every time I come!

Unprofessional, Rude, not pride friendly, low skill sets. Please be careful what you walk into and don’t fall prey to fake ratings. The owner has issues and services are just okay. She started doing the threading without even asking what is that I would want, when I stopped her and tried to explain she is like - I own this business don’t teach me rudly takes her hand off in the middle of working on my first eyebrow and asked me if I want come tomorrow and for someone else. ( literally in middle of threading 😂) So sorry for whatever you are going through. I hope you heal and understand both skills and professionalism is appreciated, I am paying for the services, not your arrogance.

This is a great place to get your eyebrows done. I've gone to so many places to get my eyebrows done and there has always been an issue. But here the ladies are really nice and they take their time to listen to you and to make sure that you are fully satisfied with their service.

Threading Plus Salon threaded my brows in a way that made them still like a guy’s should be but without being unkempt and overgrown. It only cost $12 which is a steal and you can walk in without an appointment.
