I had a really good experience with Radha. I’m from Ohio and have a waxer so I was super uncomfortable going to someone else but she made me comfortable and it was super fast even with how thick my hair is. I stayed in the salon a total of 20 minutes-from the time I walked in to the time I paid and left. I got a Brazilian and underarm. Waxing maybe took 10 minutes and was super affordable. I really liked the method she used as well. That was my first time using it. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend. Wish I could show yall lol.

They do good work just poor communication and customer service. The area is tight and it’s always a long wait. They have their favorites so don’t think just because you came in first you will be seen first because that’s a MISTAKE. Overall I been going here for 7 years and yesterday was it for me I will not be going here based on convenience. I need a place that makes me feel welcomed and appreciated.

It’s cheap, but you pay a bigger price with the risk of infection. First of all, I made an appointment but was made to wait nearly an hour after my time slot in the tiny salon. When you go to the waxing room, it’s about the size of a walk-in closet space with a dirty towel hanging off the back wall and a dingy sink near the door. The waxing is unhygienic. Munira uses the same stick on your skin and dips it back into the pot for the entire session. Also, her threading hand was very heavy and painful, much like her poor waxing technique. Even then she missed several hairs both waxing and threading. Avoid this salon unless you’re desperate and in a pinch.

I visit here because it's close to work and my gym. The eyebrow threading is inconsistent in look. I've been cut the last 2 times I received eyebrow threading here. And I had the absolute worst Brazilian wax experience here (and I get them regularly.) Definitely wouldn't recommended the genital waxing.

Giving 3 stars because of the attitude I received after giving a $2 tip for $12 eyebrow threading. The older lady on 2 separate occasions appeared displeased and didn’t even say thank you. If you are reading this, you need to fix your attitude. You don’t deserve a a $5 tip for a $12 service. The tipping culture has become ridiculous. Your service was not phenomenal but I still gave you a tip. Radha usually does my eyebrows but I’m not sure if she’s still there. She was much better and always showed appreciation.

Monita has been doing my waxes for months now and she is professional and thorough! Gets me right everytime! Very clean and uses different waxes depending on how my skin is acting that day 😬 10/10

So glad I decided to take a chance on them! Came in for a Brazilian, that’s was good.. then after talking about my eyebrow journey, and me not getting them done in 6 years due to being scared… she convinced me to trust her, and omg!! My eyebrows are perfect!! They tell you exactly what they’re going to do to your eyebrow before they start removing hair.. which made me very comfortable! I went to what looked like to be the youngest lady in there, I forget her name! But 10/10 service !

They had me sit inside of the store for 30 minutes. When I originally told them what I came for when I came in. So when I sat in chair she told me she couldn’t wax my face. So I just wasted my time for for reason. Unprofessional should’ve told me that information from the jump so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

They are all very professional, welcoming and fast, but Monira is in the next league, She is very detail oriented, take the time to listen what You want and need to get done, She have magic hands 🙌🏻. Every time I come to Chicago, I have to come here.

I’ve been here several times now for eyebrow threading and tinting. I’m always anxious to get my brows shaped because they are very thin, but Radha does a wonderful job of giving them shape and definition. Her tint is also perfect. Radha has helped me most often and always does a great job but I’ve also been helped by her colleagues and I’ve never been disappointed. The whole team is great!

Had a great waxing experience with Radha. I got legs/cheeks/partial Brazilian and she used a combination of roller wax, honey wax and hard wax. She was quick, kind, and thorough. I will come back everytime I visit Chicago.

I’ve been going here for 3 years and the last few months I make an appointment and still have to sit and wait for 30 minutes. I made an appointment last week; they never and they called me the day of 20 minutes before the appointment to try and because they double booked for a time slot.

Do not go to them for hena. It burned my skin is leaving scars, when i went there she had some younger lady practice on me as if i wasn’t paying $30 for this service… I was basically used as a test dummy and they wanted a tip after.. My skin was burning and itching after it came off and dried now my skin is peeling

I’ve been going here for years to get my eyebrows done and henna, the last time I went they used a different brand of henna that burned my skin off and I wasn’t offered any free services or anything to accommodate my pain and suffering, I won’t be back!
