I had the Organic Facial at Threads Beauty Bar and Spa and it was so relaxing. My skin feels very clean and soft. I really enjoyed the Foot Massage and was in a great mood all day. The treatment room is clean, comfortable, and quiet.

I went to this salon for over 10 years but as of late it has not been a safe space for me as a Muslim. Specifically, Nita, the salon’s best talent has made several Islamophobic comments to me as she works on my face. I find her to be very disrespectful and unprofessional despite enjoying my interactions with her in the earlier years of my patronage. The salon also decided that all packages expired this month, so that made my decision to never return that much easier.

Went for a head massage (shirodhara) and it was good but the lady mostly focused on the right side of the head more and not left. After I left I had a bad headache on the left side which I thought maybe because the massage wasn't done properly on the left but it didn't go away for 2 days and I had excruciating left ear pain. I have two other people who went and had the same issue so I'm not sure if massage techniques are causing that or not. I would have gone again but not after the headache and ear pain right after I got done.

From the first time I walked into this place, I felt very welcomed. Everyone is super nice, professional and acknowledge you the moment you walk in.. Even the owner, she is really nice and down to earth. We always have great conversations when I see her. I been seeing Lily for my threading and waxing. She is such a sweet women. she always takes her time, makes sure everything is cleaned properly and always very gentle. This is my place to go always for my waxing and threading. I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommended this place to anyone looking for family feel place. Please check them out and their in great location!!!

Got a detox 50 minute facial today. I have always come here for threading and hair massage and always raved about their service, but unfortunately today the service was just plain bad. Firstly the 50 minute service was not 50 minutes. I reached around 3:35pm and a lady took me to the room at 3:40and then the facial lady came about 3:45pm. She got the room ready and then did my under arm waxing so around 4:10 or later my facial started. There was a quick cleanse and exfoliation followed by extraction then a mask and a maybe 5-7 minute facial massage. If you are charging $80 for a massage might as well do a 10 minute massage. The lady never cleaned my face properly after the scrub/exfoliation as everything followed by that felt like another exfoliation even the massage. My skin is still burning slightly now. At the end when she left I wiped my face 2ce as there was so many exfoliating beads left on my skin. During payment when they asked me about the service I was vocal but I did not feel like they really cared as all I heard was ok it was $80 for the service. Never getting a facial there again. Thus due to this experience I give the place only 2 stars. Also the front staff never communicated with my facial lady that I was to get an underarm waxing. Not sure if they know what services people are getting, not attentive staff. ______________________ Called today for a hot oil head massage. The front desk person was extremely sweet and then Casey did my massage. A wonderful experience. Will definitely come back. The owner was there too and she was very nice. Pricing and ambiance is 5/5. 😊

I love this threading salon for my threading and waxing needs. Its so clean and there’s usually not a crazy wait time. Not to mention their threading skills are on point! My eyebrows always come out looking just how I wanted them, not thin whatsoever!

The best eyebrow lady ever!!! Bishnu is amazing! I wish I lived a little closer to the salon, but for their service and detailed work I don’t mind the drive. Parking is always easy too.

I have been coming to Threads for many years and they continue to impress. The vibe of the salon is comfortable and the space itself is clean and orderly. The staff is very skilled, friendly and communicative. Chetna is a fantastic owner! I will continue coming to Threads as long as I can! :)

I went in for eyebrow threading and the lady pretty much threaded off all the eyebrow hair i had on my face. THey do not have the staff working there like they used to, I went to this place over 3 dozen times and today was the worst day of my life and i have never had this thin of eyebrows ever and i really don't think any other customer got eyebrows as thin as mine!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I've been going to Threads for a few years and have never been disappointed. I love that you can call and get an appointment right away and the women who work there are very good and professional. Prices are also reasonable.

The is a hidden gem in Dublin! They are very efficient with the appointments they make. I have gone twice now and have been taken back right on time. Lily was very thorough, I have fine blonde hair and she made sure she got every single one. I had my eyebrows cleaned up for the first time and I love what she did. I would highly recommend this shop. Amazing customer service when it feels like sometimes it has been lost!
