I had a great time getting my haircut from Ab yesterday, the cut is beautiful and he was extremely gentle the whole time! It really felt like he cared about his work a lot. With Ab (Jr stylist) it came out to 90$ before tip. I will definitely be coming back!

I visited the salon as a walk-in, and they welcomed me warmly and accommodated me right away. The entire team is fantastic and provides top-notch service, but I had the pleasure of being treated by Miho Kayanuma, who is phenomenal! Miho is incredibly skilled, gentle, and friendly, making the experience truly exceptional. This salon is definitely worth a visit—I’ll be coming back to NY just to get my hair cut here!

Today, I got a haircut with Ab Satasak Torraksarn. He is very friendly and attentive to every detail. I just showed him the hairstyle I wanted, and he took care of it right away. Thank you for made my day!

I found this place by mistake, in a desperate attempt to do something with my hair during my last NYC visit. They had great reviews so I booked in for a blowdry. Once there we decided with Shawn, my stylist, it would be better to simply cut it. I am very hesitant to let other stylists touch my hair, but they had rave reviews and hair grows back. Shawn did a super easy to style bob and managed to do all of that in about an hour. Also, he washed my hair so thoroughly, it's probably never been this clean. Great service, great haircut, great staff. Highly recommended!

If you have thick hair and need someone who understands how to remove weight using a razor scissor then Shawn is your expert. He’s been cutting my hair for years - and whether i need some fresh layers or a blunt bang he never fails me. The bar is high here on professionalism and expertise. Also the salon is super chill and relaxing… tucked in the East Village.

one of the worst cuts i’ve received. so far from what i asked for and they took out so much weight my scalp was showing. i asked for a mullet/shag shape and to keep it as long as possible to grow it out, and texture to prevent it going flat. over 2-3 inches had been chopped without my permission and by the time my glasses are back on my face its too late. the top was cut in round layers with only 1.5-2.5 inches left at the top of my head, they cut the layers past my occipital causing my length to shorten drastically. longer pieces by my ears were also shortened when i specified to keep them longer for a shaggy less masculine effect - and its gone and theyre uneven even with styling i said not to overdo it, and they overdid it pushing all this short hajr to my forehead- giving everything a mushroom mullet situation which looked hideous on me. what i wanted- short shaggy mullet esque style like winon ryder or that of an early scene kid. what i got- a poorly and unevenly cut mullet that makes me look like a man i got this cut in November, its not january and my hair has yet to grow back to what i came in with. if you’re looking for a real gender affirming haircut and experience this is not the place for you- if only had been able to get a long layers or some crap like that perhaps i would have had a good time- thats all what manhattan salons are practically known for

I was in the area and saw this top rated salon and decided to walk in and do a blow out and wash. It was such a great experience and I forget his name, but my stylist was so gentle and thorough. I am planning to book future services here including my next balayage touch up as the salon is clean, well taken care of, and stylists are very talented!

great salon, have been for cut and colour in the past with Yuki (highly recommend) but recently went for a digital perm with another stylist and she thinned out my hair way too much before the perm (i have thick hair but wished she spoke to me about thinning my hair out first because i did not ask for it…)

I get my hair colored (balayage/highlights and single process) by Yuki at 3 degrees and shes’s awesome. My hair comes out softer from her coloring than any other salon I’ve ever been to, her cuts are great and the shape lasts a while before it grows out.

I've been going to Three Degrees Salon for the past three years, and followed Shawn Nakamura here, whom I’ve been going to for the past seven years! Can’t recommend this salon and stylist enough. I go in regularly for single-process color, haircuts, touch-ups, and bang trims. The salon is clean, chill, and it's in a really convenient location. The staff is friendly, and I always feel comfortable there. Shawn has been great to work with over the years, keeping my hair looking great ❤️‍🔥

This was my first time going to this salon and it's so cute and cozy. Very clean and the music is great! I got my haircut done by Satasak and he was amazing!!! I showed him a couple of reference photos and he customized it exactly to compliment my hair texture. I'm obsessed my hair looks so fresh and bouncy. He was very meticulous and kind. Highly recommended! 🙌

This was the best experience I could’ve asked for. I came in for a consultation and hair coloring and Yuki was so so amazing. She answered all of my questions (first time hair dyer) was so precise with the coloring and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. Will definitely return!

I got a digital perm and olaplex treatment today with yuki and am super happy with the results! She did an amazing job and was very nice and communicated and we took some time at the beginning to really talk about what I wanted which I appreciated. She was very detail oriented and kept checking in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was doing okay. There were lots of people there getting perms, so you can really tell that they know their stuff and are well trusted. I actually found this salon when researching digital perms and I saw their informational articles in them. All the employees seemed well trained and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and plan to go back in a few months :). She gave me exactly what I wanted and was very kind. The space was clean too.

I went to THREE DEGREES for my asian men’s haircut with Kei, and was impressed by everything! The attention to detail was unmatched, and Kei was able to help me match the picture i showed him while also taking into account my personal hair type. He was really attentive to how my hair tends to fall, and made adjustments to improve the look. On top of that, the atmosphere was great, and I even got a head massage with my hair wash. Make sure to allot enough time for your appointment so they can do their best work. Very happy with this experience, will definitely be coming back!

My third time at Three Degree Studios and my hair feels so loved. The first time I did a digital perm with Kei & i absolutely loved it. Made me feel so confident and happy. Today I did a haircut to help liven my hair up. I have a lot of hair & this is the first studio where it has felt so loved & I appreciate the energy here so much.
