I have been coming to Thrive for about a year now, about 2-4 times per week and I have noticed several things. 1) They are extremely friendly and always ask “How was your experience today?” because they really care that the customer has an excellent experience. 2) The cleanliness is always at the highest standard. 3) As a survivor of cancer, stroke, and heart attack I feel that my health has significantly improved by the combination of infrared sauna, massage, and BEMER. The detox from the sauna, breaking the chains of tension (and stroke-related musculoskeletal lock up) from the massage, and capillary blood flow (oxygen, nutrient, and hormone delivery) from the BEMER has definitely improved my heath and potential to Thrive in all areas of life. - Bill Friday

I have gone to Thrive for years since they opened to use their Sunlighten Infrared Saunas. The saunas were a miracle to me and my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome muscle spasms that Medical Doctors and others were unable to help me with. Thrive has always been a serene reprieve for me. It's a soothing place to go and an oasis of healing. Susan is passionate about her clients and her business. I have always been able to easily call and book a sauna session. The staff has always been respectful. The building is clean and quiet, except for the soothing music that you can change in the saunas. The staff was able to show me how to adjust the sauna options for my needs. When I started, I couldn't handle the ever changing light colors and had to have the lights turned off. Now, I find the twinkling dance of color changes soothing! You can even change the lights to just one color to stay the whole time for your session, if you want. I always love chatting with Susan if she is free and available. Have fun and an amazing detoxification session!

I’ve been seeing Codi for a few years now. She does a fantastic job at identifying knots and tense muscles to help release them. I feel a lot of relief after her sessions. The staff is all around very kind and you are always greeted with a smile.

Super clean place and friendly staff! I asked them about the infrared saunas and they were very informative and even let me try it out. I’m definitely going to be scheduling those regularly! This is a quality place. Now I can’t wait to get a massage there as well.

Codi does an amazing job and I wish it was cheaper so I could see her more often!! I did try and see someone else there on a promo day and it might’ve been the worst massage I ever had but thankfully I paid less for it.

Be careful when scheduling online, the system allows you to schedule when the business is not open and if you prepaid and have to cancel (even 72 hours in advance) your money isn’t returned to you for 10 business days.

Codi is amazing! She does a thorough consultation before the massage, she checks to make sure the amount of pressure she's using is comfortable, and she checks again throughout the massage. I would recommend her to anyone!

The place was beautiful and the staff was nice but the lymphatic massage was horrible. And for as bad as it was, it was extremely over-priced. I’ve had dozens of lymphatic massages, all light touch, but this one was just not good. It felt like a toddler rolling their fingers in small circles all over my mid-section. She wasn’t free flowing or moving fluid towards my lymph nodes. They may do other massages better but this is not the place for a good, or even average, lymphatic massage.

One of the best spa treatments Ive ever had anywhere. Ive been to all the chains, salons and independents in the area over the past three years. This was by far the best. I got a 90 minute full body and 30 minute infared pain management sauna. I would do it every week if I could. The spa was spotless, relaxing and sound proof. The massage was phenomenal. If I had one complaint it was that their POS credit card machine is not set up as a medical service but rather N/A therefore you can't use your flexible spending debit. If it was, I'd be there every week. So happy I tried just one more after I had given up... :-)
