Worst dip ever. Very rough, had to soak my nails in acetone instead of with acetone dipped cotton over the nail so burned my fingertips. Super thick on the dipping powder. My nails look like spatulas. Will never go back.

I asked for French manicure with thinner white lines. The end result was thick uncrisp lines with a few red fibers in the polish.

I called ti make a apot with Tom and tge guy that answered the phone hung up on me 3 times. When I called back the 4th time he said they were to busy for a fill! Very unprofessional!! On to a new place!

I love Thuy!! I have been seeing her for my nails for many years. Even though I live in Texas now, I still stop in to have Thuy do my nails wherever I am in town. She’s rare because she knows how to do acrylic nails without using tips. I’ve taken a video of her doing it to show other people and they can never do it or are too lazy. She is fast yet always pays attention to details and I never have bumps on the finish like I’ve had from others. She always makes time for me and has even come in on her days off to help me. She’s the best!!

I’ve never had my nails look so bad as they did after leaving this place.. the acrylic set I got was so sloppy done and bad I had to go home and fix them and they still look awful. $60 for the worst experience. Not worth it

My experience was very good. I would come back anytime. Showed up without an appointment but they let me right in and did a great job, considering my feet were probably the ugliest feet they ever saw.

My mom and I had an appointment during a snow storm and we were 10 minutes late to our appointment and Thuy’s was very accommodating and still waited for us to arrive and did an amazing job!

Very few color options compared to other salons. He tried to build up broken nail with just acrylic vs putting on a new tip like I asked. Nail broke the next day. I went back to have them fix it and they said they were too busy. There was only one person there getting nails done and 2 additional workers sitting and doing nothing. Most salons will work a fix in with other clients. I will never go back to them.

Always a fun experience! Thuy is meticulous about cleanliness. Thuy and her family provide excellent services and are always smiling. I constantly get compliments on my nails! I have been going here for over 10 years, and I highly recommend Thuy’s Nails!

I’ve gone to this place numerous times and every time I decide to try another place, I regret it. I absolutely love the people here - everyone is so welcoming and sweet. On top of that, they use clean, good quality equipment, and I can see why everyone I know recommends Thuy’s. I love it here and can’t say enough good things about it!

The people are very friendly upon entering the establishment. They use sanitized nail utensils when working on nails, and are very meticulous cleaning the working area. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Great place and very gentle working on my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon and spa....was very pleased with the workmanship.

This is a family-run place... I've been going there long enough to feel like I am also family! They friendly and fun to hang out with while getting my pedi I still love coming here! Staff is currently wearing masks. Thuy makes scarfs, purses, and you can order a wrap (short or long) made of beautiful fabric from Vietnam! 😍😍😍 I have added photos and video so take a look! Thuy has experience as a seamstress and gets to continue being creative doing nails.

Thuy’s Nails and Spa is the best nail salon in Colorado Springs and the best of the states I’ve lived in. Being in the military, I have gone to many nail salons across the country looking for a good French manicure that will last. I can confidently say Thuy’s gel manicures are the highest quality and hold up the longest. Air Force/Army girlies- look no further. I wish I could bring Thuy with me to my next assignment ! Everyone else - Lucky you ! You can get a high quality manicure from Thuy’s in even more fun colors ! Awesome service and well run family business.

I have been coming to Thuys Nails now for 5 years. I have gone to other nail salons throughout Colorado Springs and have never found anyone who does the work Thuy does. They are all amazing!!! It's a drive for ne but so very well worth it!!!!

Stay far far away!! They did a horrible job on my nails. See the picture, most of them fell off right after a few days. Hard to communicate with and not friendly at all. NOT recommended at any cost.

We love going to Thuy’s!! We’ve been going for at least 5 years and I am so glad to have a local, family owned business that I know is safe and clean. I even bring my 94 year old grandma because I know she is safe with Thuy.
