Can't recommend enough! Eti is so kind and professional. Super fast and BEAUTIFUL hair cut! Haven't had a cut this great in a long time. The salon is also very clean and inviting, and she uses top shelf hair care products.

Nothing exceptional. Very average. Rushed. Designed to maximize profits, not customer satisfaction. Pricey for what you get. After leaving an honest, average review, I was blocked from scheduling future appointments.

Absolutely love Eti. She does an amazing job every time I go whether it’s a cut, blow out or keratin she does the best job. She’s friendly, affordable, trustworthy and flexible. Can’t say enough good things about her and her salon. I just got keratin and a trim and look how shiny and healthy it looks (before and after)!!

After agreeing to how much to cut, she took off double the length we agreed to. She cut my hair from my low back up to my bra line. It's not what I asked for. It's not what we discussed. I will never go back.

Eti has a true artistic talent. I never ask her to do anything on my hair she sees and does whatever is necessary, I trust her completely and it always comes up better than my expectations. The salon is super nice on a cosy street in the East Village. It is a true experience.
