I love Tiannas Nail Salon. I have been going there for more than seven years. The owner, Tianna, and her coworkers make you feel as if you are family going over & beyond. The business with reasonable prices is clean, bright, and nice decorated. Highly recommend this place to anyone, even if you already have a go to salon.

If you wonder whether you should come, DO NOT. Came here because i have seen the location many times and always eager to try plus the reviews were pretty good. I got in and was taken by the lady who speak NO English. It was hard to communicate what I wanted and what was going on with her. The lady who I assume name Tianna tried to help what she could but she also DONT speak Spanish so now neither of us could communicate with her. No disrespect but it’s hard to take any client if you only speak Spanish it would’ve been better if they told me in the beginning so then I know what to expect or to wait other nail tech to take me. She took a while to finish my nail and only 3 days my gel chipped and also after only a week gel was lifted. Would never be back again. I gave 2 stars cause Tianna was trying her best but not enough.

E intentado un lugar más y no se iguala el servicio al cliente " la amabilidad, atención y la higiene pues está siempre limpio el lugar, es por eso que e decidido continuar con sus servicios y siempre que viene de visita mi mamá y hermana las llevo porque nos hace sentir tan bienvenidas y en familia.

Today I had my nails done at Tiannas salon and unfortunately, I'm quite dissatisfied with the results. Despite spending four hours at the salon, my nails came out looking bulky and unappealing. The technician didn't pay attention to the finer details. The thickness of the nails was particularly off-putting, making them look unnatural and uncomfortable on my natural nails. The technician would not offer me much of a discount to compensate. I would’ve been there another hour or so if another lady didn’t step in to help. Overall, it was a disappointing experience considering the time and money invested. I hope the salon can improve its attention to detail and quality of service in the future.

Alicia worked her magic and turned my sad hooves into beautiful feet. She took so much care to shape the nails to perfection and ensure the heels were baby smooth. I will definitely be a regular moving forward. Thanks for making my experience pleasant and relaxing!!

I had an enjoyable experience. The ladies were friendly and professional. Massage chairs were nice, but manicure/pedicure weren't up to par with what I've had in the past which is why I can't in good conscience rate a full 5. Quiet and clean . Definitely go for the gel upgrade. 4.2/5.

I’ve been coming to Tianna for about 5 years maybe longer. I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Tianna. If she’s busy she always gets back with me about cancellations from other customers to see if I have time to come in. She’s great with communication! I’m a mom of young kiddos and have them with me most of the time and always feel welcomed and love the way she cares for my kiddos. She does amazing work and I haven’t gone anywhere else for nails since getting them done with Tianna! I highly recommend this place!

Tianna does amazing work. I went to her for the first time last night and my nails turned out better than I hoped. The prices are the best hands down. Do yourself a favor and book and appointment with Tianna as soon as possible.

I live right around the corner from this place. I probably should’ve asked for white polish, but I picked the latest that they had, and it was like a foggy type of white. I’m not sure who did my pedicure, but I got a very basic gel polish pedicure and she cut four of my toe cuticles and it hurt very much. :(

Very kind staff, that goes above and beyond. Very relaxing evening and they got me in really fast last minute. I had an appointment set somewhere else but when I went in they said it would be 40min wait due to walk a high volume of walkins. Due to that mishap I was able to do my mani and pedi at the same time here and they were very understanding of it! I will definitely be back!

Went in just now for an easy gel manicure. There were two nail techs that appeared to be open But I was told I still had a 50 min wait. The open nail techs had no interest in even trying to see me. Wouldn’t even look at me and Seemed racist. I won’t be back and I wouldn’t if I were y’all. Looking at the work they were doing no wonder they were half empty. Go across the street. It’s better.

I've been going to Tianna's for around 4 yrs and I can honestly say it's the best nail salon i've been to as well as the best experience i've ever had, from professionalism to sanitaryness. Tianna and her staff are simply the best. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calm. I've been to salons where they have pause my service to start a service on a customer who just walked in. Tianna's patient, kind and personable. She's talented and fast while still taking her time to ensure she does the best job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
