I never leave reviews but this is my favorite nail salon ever. I live in NYC and save my manicures for when I come up to visit. I got a set of gel acrylics a month ago - and they haven’t chipped or fallen off. I get compliments every day. Every nail salon I go to the nail chips within the week BESIDES here. I love it I love it!!

Very good service, and the nail tech took her time and did a very nice job! Also the place is very clean, and the owner is very nice , highly recommend!!!

I went in to the nail salon last summer. I picked the same color for my nails and toes. After completed they were 2 totally different colors (The shades were off) I brought it to their attention and they got angry and wouldn’t fix the issue. They refused and ignored me. I left furious and spending a good amount for a manicure and pedicure. Today, for the upcoming holiday I thought I’d give them a try again. They refused to take me, embarrassed me in front of people waiting. I quietly left and decided to let this be known. On their web sight they “pride themselves in standing behind their work” stay away!!!! They DO NOT!!!! I do not recommend them.

The place came highly recommended, but I was super disappointed with their pedicure. First off, I arrived 5 minutes before my 1:00 appointment, but had to wait for 28 minutes, on the pedi chair, first red flag. While I waited, I tried to inquire about some things but most of them don’t speak English, it was difficult to explain specifically what and how I wanted it, done. Instead, they talked across the room, to each other in their native languages, drawing attention towards me, which was somewhat embarrassing, especially because it was my first visit there, this was so uncomfortable. Lady that did my pedicure spoke NO English, so among other things, I couldn’t explain or tell her that the water temperature, was way lower than it should be, the pedi was way below standard with a very minimal foot scrub. Their services were not worth it. Now that I look back, I think they pretend not to speak English, so as to cut off direct feedback from customers. I’m never going back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

so pretty!! staff is very kind and was useful with their time. also very precise with the designs. i love going here! also i got gel x edit: i’m just gonna add photos of my nails everytime i come here bc they never dissapoint

For me it’s a hit or miss. The first time was a great experience. Today not so much. 1. She gave me incorrect color it wasn’t what I chose. She used an excuse that it was the gel which was white that lightened it but I’m sorry orange does not turn into bright hot pink.2. When I was there the first time I had clear gel. No issues. I do recall questioning her about the color before she put it on because it didn’t look like the right color but she insisted that it was the same number as what I chose so maybe it’s something wrong with their inventory? 3. Not once but twice, 2 different technicians dropped their towels accidentally but picked them right back up off of the floor continuing to use them. 4. as I entered the salon and remain in the waiting area I was blasted with Chemical odor may be mixed with perfume. I developed a headache so I had to ask for a mask which they kindly gave to me. 5. When I returned home and inspected the color, as well as the shape of my nails I could see that The color didn’t reach the very top of my nails perfectly, as well. .< I wish my second visit was great as the first. I had an older technician the 1st time, who did a fabulous job, though the massage part was a bit short. There wasn’t much of a massage today either. I think $55. should be able to cover me for a better experience. Honestly, I think I wasted $55 and I don’t have that kind of money to throw around. I wish I could be compensated somehow. Thank you.

I don't usually write reviews but left this salon feeling less than happy on my last visit. I went in to have my nail repaired because it broke. It had been a week since I had them done so I didn't think anything of coming in for the repair. Jenny repaired my nail then proceeded to tell me that if I broke another nail I should have someone else do my nails from now on because she wasn't going to do them. I told her I fully intended to pay her for the repair and that I didn't blame her that it broke. I was completely flabbergasted that she would say that to me. It was unprofessional and rude. I always tip 20-30% and if this is how they treat their clients, I will take my business elsewhere.

This place does an amazing job Jenny is the best one in there I got cat eye an she did all sorts of different ways on my nails so I could recommend anu of the nail techs it is Jenny if you go there to get anything done on nails or toes Thanks Jenny Lexxi

First time trying here and dip. First of all we discussed adding a little length, but no length was added. I was surprised they didn’t go anything to my cuticles which is one of my favorite parts of getting my nails do. I thought it was unsanitary that my hands we being dipped into a container wondering how many other people and who knows if hands were clean. It’s not like they asked me to wash my hands before starting or anything. There were many employee children around, which that I didn’t mind but the lady I had took breaks from me to deal with her child. At the end she told me to switch when one nail was done under the light and walked away. She did not ask if I liked or anything. The more I think about this experience the worse it gets. The other things but it seems to be typical with salons is that the side of the nail are not fully painted. Learned my lesson and will not be going here again.

Great service! Lovely staff and spa, I get dip (they have a TON of colors) and spa pedicure. The spa is extremely clean. I would recommend scheduling an appointment but Victors team is always happy to help!

I absolutely love Tiare Nail Spa, they do amazing. Always fills me in with my busy schedule. Love that they only draw and don't use stickers. My daughter gets her nails done. This is the only place I know that accommodate my young daughter. They always go above and beyond. They have even stayed late for me. This place is clean and treats you very well. Love when their kids stop by and hang out with my daughter. This place and all the workers treat you with respect. They treat you just like family there. I would highly recommend them. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going there for 3 plus years and I apsooulety love there work .. I never had any issues .. I go every two weeks and the atmosphere is amazing and comfortable... The employees are very pleasant and polite always smiling ... I recommend everyone to go to TIARE NAILS AND SPA!!! THERE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO ... LOVE GOING THERE!!!!!

This place is very unsanitary. I got a pedicure for Mother’s Day and got a toe infection soon after. It has been 7 weeks and my toes are still infected. I will never go back!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and everything is always great. The people are so nice here! Today I took my daughter who saved up $50 to get her nails done. We showed them her inspo picture but it was going to be $64. She was sad but was okay choosing something within her budget. They went above and beyond and ended up letting her get what she wanted (with some tweaks) for the $50. She was a very happy 11 year old!

I've never had a pedicure as awful as this place. My friend timed it and it took 17 minutes for the second "package". I didn't get the technicians name but she didn't even pumis my feet. Just a scrub, massage and gel. The only positive really was the hot stones, but the rest i could have done at home. And 17 minutes? For $60!

I was told to arrive at 1 and was sat in a pedicure chair quickly. By 1:30, my service hadn't started so I asked if it would be a longer wait. I was told 15 more minutes and I didn't want to wait longer so I said I would leave. Then, they said only 5 more minutes. Okay, fine... well, it really took 12 minutes. So my service started at 1:42. I had gel polish on that needed to be removed. She barely touched my heels with the pumice and was already painting my nails by 1:50 (and you know gel has to soak off, so I'm not exaggerating when I say exfoliation, filing, and massage were less than 5 minutes altogether). A child cashed me out, so I felt uncomfortable discussing my issue with her. An adult male did come over and just said "sorry". I asked how long a pedicure typically takes and he just chucked and said "sorry for the wait". Aside from all this, there were several children of employees running around the salon and one sat by my chair and chatted with the women doing my pedicure. I am honestly in disbelief that I just paid $50 for such service and will never return.

Heartbroken is an understatement. Paid $55 for a butchered full set. With only acrylic and polish. They are so sharp, sides are missing polish, one finger is completely crooked. The underneaths were not cleaned out, the tips have no polish so they are just clear. Jenny didn’t even check to make sure each nail was even with the other hand. Theirs 0 pricing sheet anywhere in their store. & they charge you extra for using a debit card. And won’t take tips unless it’s cash. That’s not a huge red flag? When my husband returned after I realized how terrible they were when I got in the car, they basically told me I was SOL. Save yourself the disappointment. I should of looked them up on google first, a 3.8 star would of made me steered clear of this place.

I went here with my friend and my nails turned out awful. They were 65$ they charged me 75$ then called me back to give me the 10$ back. My nails are painted crooked, the wrong shape, have a bunch of splotchy paint lines, the black tips that were painted on are partially see-through, there are a ton of bubbles in the acrylics, and there are hairs all over the damn inside of it. When I told them my issues about it they offered to fix them but would not refund me and I didn’t have time to get them fix as I had plans for the day and work third shift. Will be going back to get them fixed then never going back again. Awful experience. Pictures of my nails vs what I asked for.

The people are very nice here but I don't believe my nails were done correctly, and that due to being so busy they rushed them. I got my nails done last Sunday so about a week ago. I got Gel nail polish over my natural nails. They said they will last longer but as of today the corners are bubbling up and peeling :( I thought it was just my ring finger at first and I went in to see if it could be fixed. They were super nice and did take off the gel, but replaced it with normal nail polish instead and not just a few hours later the rest of my nails are starting to bubble around the edges and lift on their own. I have an office job, and don't do anything that would be strenuous enough that I Believe it would make them peel. I'm super sad because I got them done in case my significant other purposes over Christmas and now have no time to get them fixed.

The people that work here are extremely rude and are in it just for the money. All though they do a good job as and my nails look beautiful, I stopped going here because I was not treated with respect.

The service felt very rushed. I asked for short nails and received much longer than I asked for because the woman doing them wouldn’t listen. Overall not terrible but not great.
