Very bad experience. I went in to have my locs tightened, I even went in a couple of days early to confirm she was able to work with my hair. I explained that I did not want my credit card saved in any system and i would pay cash for the service. "I just have to have it to book you". I was only in the chair for about 1 hour, she pulled (roughly) the locs through but did nothing to pull in the loose hairs. Now less than a week later my hair does not look like I had anything done, much less paid 115.00 to have it freshened up. I looked at my bank statement 2 days later to find a charge for 115.00 that was paid top her in cash. I disputed the charge and changed the credit card. Maybe locs are not the thing that she can do properly but I wouldn't trust her for any service after what I experienced at this shop.

We talked about it today. Someone does an amazing job over and over but you only think to review about negative experiences. Not today! Been coming here for almost a decade. I have always been given great customer service and braided hair that is fast and looks great!

So pleased to find someone who actually loves what they do. Was getting loc retie when i moved to ohio and suddenly decided for a change. They take great care of my hair and color is amazing.

I would definitely recommend this salon to absolutely anyone they have lashes nails, pedicures haircut, blowouts anything you can imagine. They even have wigs very clean classy place very welcoming, talented. Amazing salon.

The Passion Twist Short This review is coming literally a month after having my hair done. I took it out because my hair was coming out all throughout the braids and the parts weren’t the same size. As you can see in the attachment she definitely rushed and used the rubber band method. I expected more for what I was paying especially when she said to buy 5 packs of hair and only used one. Usually I’m not the one to complain but after two days that’s the result of the picture you see. I was able to fix it but had to keep fixing even more braids. April could’ve used more weave and less of my hair, I’m natural so it only makes sense. I counted the braids and for medium size she only did 26 braids in less than 4 hours. That’s ridiculous, I know next time when there’s no reviews on styleseat it’s for a reason.

DONT COME HERE. I bought a Groupon, scheduled my appointment two days in advance AND called to see if hay the stipulations were on the Groupon. A few hours before their nail tech Yolanda texts me and says they’re not taking groupons today, so I’ll have to pay full price... There are no stipulations listed on the Groupon whatsoever. When I complain that it’s a bit unfair especially because I rarely get my nails done and I’m leaving for vacation tonight, she just replies with you can reschedule.... I read the other reviews on the Groupon after to find that she does this type of thing all the time to get extra money out of people! So do not patronize this business. It’s not worth your time.

Small no frills nail salon. Polish choices were somewhat bold for my choice as an older adult. Liked the color I did find for finger nails, brand I was not familiar with. Went primarily for pedicure and prefer a little more extras since I only go in summer but for younger clients and those who go often, would be fine. My pedicure usually lasts close to two months but is already showing signs of wear.
