I started going to Tidal Lash in November 2023 and have never experienced anything less than exceptional treatment. The facility is very clean and extremely hygienic. The environment is welcoming and relaxed. You'll feel at home from the moment you walk in. Mel is my lash technician (that title doesn't give enough kudos to her overall capabilities).  During my sessions, she makes sure I'm comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. She provides informed feedback and recommendations to create my desired look. She's also a girl's girl. By the end of your first visit, you will feel like you've been friends for years.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Tidal Lash thanks to Mel! Melanie is truly gifted at what she does. From the moment I walked in, she created a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly put me at ease—especially since it was my first time ever getting lashes done (She must've answered a million questions during our session) Mel is not only skilled but also incredibly sweet and easy to talk to, making the whole process enjoyable. I felt like I was chatting with a friend rather than just getting a service. The results were amazing, and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Mel to anyone looking to get their lashes done. You won't regret it!

I have been coming to tidal lash for a year and half now. I tried lash extensions for the first time and never left. Tonya has been my lash artist and she is amazing! She’s super sweet and always makes sure I’m comfortable (not to mention I always leave with gorgeous lashes). 10/10 recommend!

Such a nice salon! Super cute, clean, relaxing and upbeat location. The Lash artists here are the best that I've found in this area! Their work is really good with long retention. I highly recommend them. It's a one stop shop... I get waxed and my eye lashes done in the same visit. Saves me time and I look great when I leave. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Mel, I told her because of my hooded eyes that I couldn't pull off a dramatic, heavy look. She mapped my eyes and created the most beautiful open eye look. I am truly grateful!

Tonya was amazing. I’ve had many lash extensions done in the past and could never find “the one”. My past experience I would get redness underneath my pupil and burning sensations that would last a week. I have never had a tech actually take the time to research and explain what had happened. It turned out I was getting chemical burns to long exposure to fumes. Tonya made it a point to ask me if anything was uncomfortable and the moment it was she would stop, mist my eye, and fan out any fumes. I cannot rave about tidal lash enough. Very sweet and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Amazing place.. It's been a year since my first lash extention visit. And I don't regret that I chose Tidal Lash. Ever since, my lashes look perfect and beautiful. Every time I leave happy and satisfied. I have to say that McKenna is such an amazing and sweet person. She knows exactly what she is doing and gives good recommendation (style, size, how to clean, and hint about eyeliner oil-based vs water-based ) for the great and long lasting results. She is professional. Amazing place.

First of all McKenna is AMAZING! She instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable with having lashes done for the first time! She gave me all the Info and it was like talking to a friend I’d had forever! And my lashes! Absolutely fantastic! I’ve continued going back now for months and months and every time the experience is just like the first time! The atmosphere is soothing and friendly. I would recommend Tidal Lash over and over again - the attention to detail and guidance in care is superior and my lashes look fabulous!!

Genuinely upset I can’t give 100 stars... I wish I could adequately convey how much I love Mckenna. She has been doing my eyelashes now for a year and KILLS it every single time. My eyelashes always look flawless and have insane retention. Don’t get me started on how fantastic she is as a human. If you want the best lashes, please do yourself a favor and book with Tidal Lash, you really will not regret it.

I couldn’t recommend Tidal Lash more!! Mckenna is so knowledgeable with everything all the way down to the basics. I have modeled for her as well as just gotten regular classic lashes and have never been disappointed! I will never go anywhere else!! Going to her is always a great way to get a boost of confidence!

I had my lashes done by Sally G and OMG I’ve never left a lash session without burning or tears streaming down my face. This was the first time ever. No pain or discomfort at all !!! She was very knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and addresses all of them. I’ve been getting lashes done for about 8 years with 20+ different lash techs..senior and master level and never have I been this delighted with the results.

I have been coming to McKenna for a few years now and I have had a great experience. She does an amazing job and I always get compliments on my lashes. The experience itself is relaxing and enjoyable, from the atmosphere to the setup. I was nervous to get my lashes done originally but now I’m hooked. She’s informative about any questions or education on lashes you might need. She is fantastic and your lashes will look wonderful!

I have been going here for over 2 years now and will never go to any other lash artist. My eyelashes don’t poke me, she makes sure they are insanely clean/sanitary, she places them on perfectly based on pictures I show her.

I’ve been to other lash studios and nothing compares to Tidal Lash and the AMAZING experience and customer service I receive from McKenna every time I go. She is so knowledgeable and has the best tips for longer lasting lash retention and most importantly how to keep your lashes looking and feeling healthy. Tidal lash has been nothing short of AMAZING!! I was excited but so nervous to try eyelash extensions but all of my research lead me to McKenna and I have never looked back. I literally get a compliment almost everyday about how beautiful and how natural my lashes look. Everyone I have referred to her says she is a God send! She is a perfectionist with her craft and it shows. It’s Tidal Lash or no lash for me y’all.

Let me just say..... my lash extensions look amazing! Mckenna is a great last artist with extensive training in advanced techniques. I love how my lashes look. There's just no comparison! My eyes appear larger and much more symmetrical and my morning makeup routine has been cut in half! Mckenna has a fun, upbeat personality. Her salon is super cute and very clean, prices are very good as well. I definitely recommend Mckenna.
