I have been getting my haircut here after old stylist moved away. Tiffany does a wonderful job and has trained all her associates to be very efficient consistent with their work. It is very easy to make appointments. Highly recommended!

Poor service, rude and disrespect. I scheduled appointment with Tiffany a week a head (I made it clear on the phone that I am asking Tiffany to be the one who will do the treatment). I Waited for her 30 minutes and then she insisted that I should have my treatment with her employee and not with her while choosing to take care of another customer that arrived after me.

I cut my hair in February 2021 and paid $ 50 dollars, Tiffany cut it and it seems meticulous but I did not feel that it was surprising only a stylist with average skills, for the comments that I read I expected much more, the place is clean and hygienic.

My family has been going to Tiffany Beauty Salon for many years now for haircuts and coloring, and we've had a wonderful experience every time. Tiffany is always so skilled, timely with appointments, easy to talk to, and takes great care in listening to every request and checking for feedback. I was happy to see that they are doing well after more than a year of not seeing them due to the pandemic, and I felt that I was in good hands with their safety measures (masks, frequent disinfecting, chairs spaced apart, limited capacity, well-timed appointment blocks). In my most recent visit, she even spent an extra hour happily and meticulously adjusting my haircut after I had visited a few days prior, when I realized that I wasn't entirely satisfied with how it looked. She gave me the most beautiful layered bob, the kind that holds its shape even weeks after the cut without much styling needed. She is truly someone that goes above and beyond! This review is more for the folks who are not regular customers of this place. I visited them for the first time last Friday. It was pretty much occupied and I was the only person waiting while others were being served.One of the ladies there told me that it's around 15 minutes of wait. 30 minutes passed - this same lady and few others keep passing me as if I am non existent. In the meantime i see people leaving and new folks who had prior appointment being helped. I asked when I would get the hair cut to which I was asked to wait another 15 minutes. I wait another 30 minutes. After 1 full hour of wait - i ask WTH was going on and if they had so many prior appts. why not just tell me at the beginning and not waste my 1 full hour. To that - forget about an apology and the reply i received as " we are quite busy and you should have made an appt". Freaking rude folks - they are happy with their current clientele and not worry about getting any new biz. Never coming back again !

Tiffany and her team take care of my hair and nails. They all do an amazing job and they are pleasant and hospitable. Tiffany's store is clean and relaxing...and it doesn't smell of chemicals, like some salons. Check it out!

Tiffany is so unprofessional and rude!! She is way ahead of herself. Take ur business somewhere else. Paying less doesn’t mean you need to deal with such an unpleasant personality. Thankfully they are much better stylists in San Jose area:)

A hidden gem - nestled in San Jose on Bascom Avenue is Tiffany Beauty Salon. Tiffany has been cutting my hair for several years. She is punctual, meticulous, and cuts my lifeless hair into a beautiful bob every time. It always looks wonderful right after she cuts and styles it, of course. The truly amazing thing is how great my hair looks for weeks afterward despite how little I do with it ( I am pretty lazy with my hair - I wash it, but don't blow dry, don't use any product, nor do anything to style it), and yet continually receive compliments on my hair. I attribute this to Tiffany's haircut skills. Currently, with the pandemic, a lot of us worry appropriately about our health and safety. I am thrilled to see all the measures that Tiffany has put in place to prevent the spread of COVID (face masks, shields, social distancing, chairs positioned far apart, appointments spaced out so no one is waiting inside the salon, front and back doors kept open, forms to fill out before entering, temperature checks). Excellent customer service, fabulous haircuts, safe environment - all of this and her services remain very, very reasonable. Thank you so much Tiffany!
