got these done here on the 6th-8th ish and it is now the 18th, they’re cracking and raised next to the cuticles so my hair has constantly been stuck in them basically since getting them done. no stylists were there to hand draw my desired design so i had to go with stickers which i will not be doing again. * not from this area*

No se como hay dueños o encargados de negocio asi..el que esta en la caja Paco creo se llama no tiene ni la menor idea de como tender a un cliente..no tiene respeto mal servicio..

Valoran la cantidad de clientes a los que atienden y no les importa mantener la calidad del servicio. No me gustó la limpieza del ambiente. Usaron un cepillo en mi cabello que estaba lleno de pelos, ni siquiera limpiaron el cepillo. Y casualmente me pica mucho el pelo. La mano de la persona que me ayudó olía a cigarrillo.

Great atmosphere! Quick and quality customer service! I’ve finally found a place where I can get most of all my beauty needs and wants . I go to for my nails is Luis . He has great customer attitude vibes . He is really patient and very detailed with the work of his art ! I’m a Master Cosmetologist and recommend him!

Luis kills it every time… You can show him any inspiration picture and he will match it exactly and give you a price beforehand. He’s so good at his job! Definitely recommend Luis!!

Luis did an AMAZING job! He was very attentive and made sure he gave me exactly what I wanted based off my inspo pic. Super affordable as well. Paid $60 for a brand new set with powder. Definitely recommend Luis if you go here!!

I did my manicure and pedicure here. FIRST AND FOREMOST DONT TIP IF YOU PAY WITH A CARD THEY WILL NEVER GIVE IT TO THEIR EMPLOYEES THE OWNER KEEPS IT!!!!!!! ALWAYS TIP IN CASH I FELT BAD FOR MY HAIR STYLIST!!!! Now to the main point my nails were horrible. Uneven and didn't file them down nothing I wanted was done to my nails. My toe nail horrible my toes bled both of them I didn't have any ingrown toe nail so, I don't know why she went on deep to cut the sides of my toes. They bled so much and because of that I had to go to a podiatrists and pay hundreds of dollars to get a painful procedure to fix the ingrown nail they cause .I have always gone to a specific nail shop but my mistake was coming here. Never again they will give you ingrown toe nails and athletes foot I don't know if they don't wash their tools but I didn't see anything be brand new or come from a sanitized bag!!!!

Never let the Asian guy cut your hair, he’s the worst in every way. Licks his fingers in front of you, pulls on your hair and just messes it all up. Cut my face twice, my side burns are uneven. Didn’t even line up my neck. I’ve gone here for 6 years and never going back bc of him.

Worst place ever took $32 for pedicure and she literally did nothing started at 2:00pm and she ended at exact 2:15pm just put my foots in water cleaned my nails and she was done. And all the time she was on her phone watch some videos. Zero knowledge about the customer service and NO SKILLS JUST TAKING PEOPLES MONEY A BIG NO FOR THIS PLACE

I was a loyal customer for over 10 years love my nail techs Luis and Win. They are the only reason why I kept attending that establishment despite the terrible customer service Paco the owner gives. He is rude does not provide good solutions when unexpected things happen. Unprofessional calling all her female customers mamita. More than all, he doesn't not value his customers. Does not care for providing good quality jobs nor over all customer experience. All he cares about is making sure he gets your money!

Ni tendría que dar ni una estrella, arruino mi pelo la señora Lorena me partio mi cabello y se que ella sabrá quien soy, llevaba mi cabello procesado y ella de profesional como ella dijo me hizo pasar la peor experiencia, todo mi cabello se corto de arriba, primero dijo $250 luego que le conté cuanto pague antes, me subió a $320 después de haber decolorado, en la segunda decoloración No aguante más que 7 minutos y si hubiera aguantado más tiempo seguro salgo calva, mi error No leer las reseñas, de haber sabido lo pésimo que trabajaban alli, ni entro a ese lugar, e llorado como no tienen idea. Y ella diciendo que a la persona que me lo hizo anteriormente le pusiera una demanda y sin saber que ella haría las cosas peor, estoy pensando seriamente proceder porque los gastos para arreglar mi cabello no son de $5

READ!!!!!!! Every single comment that’s giving 4+ star review is only because they go to the same worker every single time. If you’re lucky you will get one of the good worker but other then that they hire new un experienced people ! Take it from me! My friend personally got hired and she had no license and her manicure jobs weren’t good at all but got hired ! The male boss? Yea him! He only cares about the money. Tiffany is a good soul that treats her customers well while her husband is flirting with the workers or other customers. I went to get a pedicure and for the 3rd time I get someone that doesn’t know what they’re doing! My pedicure is horrible! I asked for rhinestones ! Which they ran out of the ones I wanted but he lied and made the worker give me different ones which I quickly realized and that was my breaking point! I will not argue! This place needs to be searched as soon as possible! Having people working with no license or know what they’re actually doing!

Walk-ins accepted, they are open on Sundays until 8p, no long waiting and the nail tech I received knew what she was doing. I will definitely be returning.

Went here for the first time. My cuticles cut so close that 3 fingers bleed, one now having a big hole that will take days to heal. The acrylics were completely see through to where you can see my natural nails. I asked her to put a coat of pink or tan to cover and she stated that wasn’t possible… I get French tips every time I get my nails done and have never had this issue. Work station was dirty, same tools used as the last client. My bleeding fingers were wiped off with a old napkin and rag. She put multiple things on the cuts that burned a lot, no apology for cutting me. She just said “too much skin”
