I asked for a haircut I showed it to her and she said she knew how to do it came out really really bad and there is a bunch of mosquitoes that bit my leg and it was so hot in there horrible to be honest

I can in as a walk-in, I desperately needed a haircut and I remember when I was younger they did a decent job. Did not regret coming in, I got what I asked for on a budget. She did an amazing job and a very nice lady.

Came here Friday to get a simple bleach and orange dye job. Just wanted to leave the roots untouched. Laura and her assistant did a patchy job and wasn't the color I wanted (I wanted it more red) and when she realized she did a bad job she claimed it sometimes takes 2/3 sessions to do. (See photos) She told me to come in Sunday at 11am. I got there right on time and the shop was still closed so I called her. She said she was running late and would be there in 30min and said I should have called her earlier to remind her. She gets there 11:33a and another customer comes in at the same time. He needs a simple haircut so she ASKS me if she can do him first. She finished him up and now it's 11:50a and she continues with her story of how sometimes it takes 2/3 sessions. I am upset, because I have dyed my hair multiple times with different stylists over the years and NEVER had an issue and so I call her out on it. And she gets all touchy and refuses to do my hair unless I'm in a better mood or to come another day when I'm in a better mood. So I asked for refund and she gave me a partial refund. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend: not for skills nor customer's service.

I’ve been coming to this salon since forever and I always have a great experience. Sandra is always so patient and attentive to detail. It’s always a delight working with her to get the hairstyle I want! Definitely recommend coming here if you want to be listened to !

Went in as a walk-in/recommended by a friend. I am in LOVE! Exactly what I wanted. Laura was super sweet, comforting, and respected the references pictures I had. Many other places I’ve gone to, don’t respect my choice, do what they want, and bs you to buy their products. Laura, thank you so much for your service! Definitely my new go-to hair salon. :)

Horrible just went to cut my hair. Lady was in a rush and she just chopped my hair fast. She gave me bangs and they don’t blend in with my haircut, looks like I cut my own hair👎🏼I don’t know what the purpose is of showing a picture of how you want your hair if they’re not gonna do it that way😒

I got charged 150 for a simple color I wanted for my hair & I understand that if my hair was long but my hair was short and still got charged for something that didn't came out good my hair came out orange yellow the color I wanted was burgundy or red . When I went inside it was So dirty the cups where everywhere I was thinking hopefully everything comes out good but no I'm planning to get my 150 back

My wife went to get a haircut. The lady there was in a rush did not take her time to cut her hair like she asked. It was a simple haircut how bad do you have to be to mess that up. Not happy with the service given. Never going back. 0 stars

The lady that has blonde hair and glasses does not know how to cut hair. I took my son to trim off some of the back and she made it look like she trimmed grass.I will not be retruning to this unsatisfying place.
