其他家人請阿芳設計師剪髮，髮型倒也穩妥。 因為我在別家的設計師休長假，想說阿芳評價不錯不然預約試試。 當天是染髮+剪髮，染髮是其他小姐處理，剪髮才是阿芳上手，直接指了店內的造型照片說我要前長後短、倒V明顯的髮型。 過程動作迅速但很粗魯，調整頭的角度直接用推的，梳子的材質比飯店提供的還差、而且一直刮到耳朵，剪刀也是一直搓到脖子/下巴，好險沒傷口。 剪完左右的長度還不一樣，且我要的倒V根本沒有出來、直接水平。 回家問兒子「不覺得她動作很粗魯嗎？為何沒說要換設計師或別家？」小孩說「是粗魯沒錯；但便宜、燙髮還可以」 唉😮‍💨

Avoid this salon at all costs if you value your time, respect, and a stylish haircut! I had an appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes while the hairstylist, 阿芳 (a woman from Hunan), casually chatted with others, showing complete disregard for her work and customers. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive throughout. To make matters worse, they demanded a tip after the service, which felt entirely inappropriate and forced. My sister and I have been loyal customers for years, but the quality has drastically declined. The salon is staffed entirely by older women who seem to have no understanding of modern styles or trends, making it a terrible choice for women seeking a fashionable cut. This experience was beyond disappointing—easily one of the worst salons I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

This is not a high end hair establishment. We tried out this place from the recommendation of a friend because I am tired of paying a ridiculous amount of money for a simple hair cut at high-end places with results that I often didn't even like. Prices here is extremely affordable, the stylist only does what she was asked to do (hair cut in our case, showing her pictures of the desired results) with no extra services. To my surprise, the results turned out to be excellent, the stylist was experienced from practice and did a fantastic job. We will definitely return.

Horrible. They cut the entire side off when I asked them to shape it and there were multiple hairs left on the beard and when asked them to trim it, was handed the trimmer to do it myself. Avoid this place

Don’t ever go here. They are horrible and will destroy your hair. They are incompetent and can’t even do a basic blow dry. Terrible customer service, don’t know English but only know how to cuss in English. If you want your hair to not be damaged, DONOT GO HERE

Quay is the best stylist worker She’s very kind and sweet personality m. also affordable ! she’s has extensive experience in everything beauty so definitely don’t ourself a favor ,go here ask for her Quay the best And no , she didn’t pay me to say this … in Fact she doesn’t even know I’m leaving this comment .,. I hope she gets a raise ! she’s and angel and hard worker in human form ❤️

Crystal helped to fix my uneven bleaching and it came out smoother than ever! I was able to get a walk in service and complete it all in one day. The price was good and they were very nice. My after photo is after 1 week.

上一次剪这么丑的头还是在小学，刘海像狗啃的一样比眉毛高很多，后面的头发就是死板地剪齐，完全不是给看的照片的样子。感觉老板娘剪头非常不focused，一会儿和这个说话，一会儿看那个热闹，草草剪完，不会再来了

Tiffany is amazing. I showed her a pic of haircut I wanted and she did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I'd highly recommend this salon and I'll come back again.
