The staff was welcoming and my nails do not look bad. I was sat quickly and received service in less than 15 minutes. As far as nails go, they look decent. This is not what I expected them to look like though. The polish must have been painted on a white fake nail, because I thought I was getting a true white with a little bit of pink in it. I wouldn’t say that is their fault, but a misunderstanding of mine. I do wish that the paint was a little closer to my cuticle on some nails. Other than the color misunderstanding, I’m happy with my nails. However, one of the staff members was openly drinking alcohol and working on a client. Drinking while having customers in the store was enough for me, and then they started doing a set of nails. I think this was extremely unprofessional and I would not have been comfortable with them touching my nails or using power tools & sharp tools. The price was fair. I paid $35 for a gel manicure. I will not be going back, but I do appreciate the service I received while I was there.

Where do I start? I have been going to Tiffany’s for over 8 years. Tiffany always gets me right. From the amazing customer service to the care that I receive when I’m there. I just sit in the chair and let her go to work. This time I got the Cat Eyes color and I’m loving it 😍! Please go check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I no longer go to this salon I stopped going for nails & toes years ago because of the attitudes in this salon One time one of her nail technicians actually got into an argument with me They have bad attitudes & negative energy Also recently I came in for a simple service and one of the male technicians lied on me He accused me of not paying & Tiffany believed him. She gave me a nasty attitude after she fixed my nail. They are not nice and actually judge certain people. Other people have told me bad things about this salon as well.

I have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. Tina is my lady who do my feet. Tina always take her time and do it right every time. The place is always clean and cozy.

Their tools for pedicure are not cleaned after use. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. Last time I went this lady kept all my change! Trust and believe IF I happen to go back the next person is not getting even $1 tip.

Been here for years no longer returning. I always come here get the most expensive pedi it’s completely rushed I can’t even relax . Gel polish comes off . I went the other day and got “ cut” ( each time I go it happens) I say something and it’s always ignored. Then I get sprayed whatever in the bottle completely burns ! The photo is day 2!

This morning I came in to have my nails dipped and to get a pedicure. There was no wait and I was seated immediately. Joe did an absolutely wonderful job, and I will definitely be going back to let him work on my nails again. Thanks for being awesome!

Black people do not spend your money here. You are not welcome. I thought I just had a bad experience but multiple co-workers of mine have had similar experiences. Workers are rude, don’t provide good service, you ask for one thing they try to do something else.There are a plethora of nail salons to choose from. Don’t choose this one.

It's Always a pleasure to visit Tina(Loan). She's always so pleasant. She's great at taking care of my nails 💅 and feet ❤️❤️. Tina gives you the Red Carpet treatment every time and the entire time you are in her chair. Love This nail 💅 shop everyone is kind. This place is great for pedicures but go somewhere else for your nails. Process online are not correct and after you tell them what you want and they quote you a price they change it. They do not tell you that if you get the new dip it is weak and will break in a week if you do anything with your hands. Then when you complain they say that is normal and if you want it to last you need to go with acrylic. I have had probably 50-60 French manicures on acrylic nails and never have I been able to see the tip they put on. By the time she was done there was no one left in the store to complain to so I am stuck with these tacky looking nails for two weeks until my budget and nails can handle me going somewhere else. So disappointed. My first few trips here were amazing. If you come see Alex for pedicure. But this trip was terrible and I won't be back for my nails again. I will go somewhere else. Just look at the gap in the one nail and the white steak in the other and one of my nails curls under even though I told them I type all day. I paid extra for the pink and white paint to and it would have looked better if I went with a solid color. So upset. And don't even get me started on how I was there over 2 hours because I kept getting passed from one technician to another like I was an unwanted customer. And they are too long still.

Went to Tiffany’s for first time Friday, for pedicure and manicure. Today is Tuesday and all the regular polish on my natural nails is peeling. I understand gel lasts longer, however, not lasting 4 days is absurd and they refuse to re-polish unless I pay again. This is what I get for trying a new location closer to home. Don’t Bother with their service!

My daughter and I went to get our nails done for Mother's Day and I unfortunately had a horrible experience. First it started with our pedicures. My daughter told the lady that she was very ticklish and the woman kept grabbing her foot and scrubbing it. Even when it was obvious the pedicure was not relaxing. The person who was doing my pedicure cut me on my toe. When it was time for our manicures they took my daughter and then I waited while other people went before me and then when I finally went they cut me pretty bad on one of my fingers. Since then both of our manicures have chipped on fingers and toes. Very disappointing experience.

First time customer, and I’m highly disappointed. 1 star is giving this place too much. I went in for a pedicure NOT knowing they do not use brand new pedicure kits for obvious sanitary reasons. I assumed this was protocol, so I didn’t bother asking prior to sitting down. After the nail tech removed the current gel polish and cut down my toenails, he reached for a used double sided foot file. I immediately stopped and asked if he can please use a brand new kit in which he replied, “No, we used to have them not anymore but we clean the ones we have.” My stomach started turning in disgust. He offered to continue without the scrub, and I declined. Why would I pay $50 and not get the full experience? He was very nice and respectful about it then led me to the front desk. I told him I would pay him for what he did (remove the gel polish and nail cut down) being that nothing else was done and he agreed. I get to the front desk, and I’m met with a very unprofessional nail tech with the nastiest attitude tell me the cost of removing the gel polish is $15. Really?? There’s more. she proceeds to tell me, “Customers usually pay that much with no issue.” She blabbed about how no one else complains and most salons do not use brand new kits. I asked for the owner and the guy, whom he claim is the supervisor, tells me the owner isn’t in and the best thing he can do is charge me $10. I thank God I’m not who I used to be bc I was very close to making a big scene. To keep the peace, I paid the $10 and left. I can assure you, I will NEVER return nor will I ever recommend this place. I happen to be in the area and needed a quick pedicure. This makes me appreciate my nail salon, who do provide brand new pedicure kits for each customer. Quality over quantity.

Wasn’t happy at all. My wife had an appointment somewhere else for nails and feet but decided to make an appointment here for Johnny to do her pedicure instead and just get her nails done at the other place (making an extra trip but she said he was worth it). We get there and they give her someone else and when she asked where is the person she booked, was told he took someone else who got there 5 min before us even though she had an apt and was on time. It was brushed off as you’ll get him next time. We’re getting ready for vacation and was given some random sick guy with a wet cough and sniffles. Now she’s freaking out downing airborne because who wants to be sick on vacation. We will not be returning!
