I came in to get my eyebrows waxed a few days ago and the wax was too hot for comfort , just to realize the next day the wax was so hot it visibly damaged my eyebrow with burn marks on my eyelids and eyebrow. I promptly called to inquire about if she (Tiffany) knew she should check the temperatures before applying,I mean it’s the first thing they teach you in school about it, and after telling her I was legitimately burned by the wax she told me to apply Neosporin then said bye 3 times over my voice and hung up on me??? Not even an attempt to make a settlement for the 1st degree burn she left on my face. Neosporin is NOT going to do anything about the pain it is causing me especially being in the fold of my eyelid that gets sweaty and friction from blinking. Very rude and bad customer service, will not be coming back or recommending to anyone

Tiffany is so kind and excellent/experienced in hair. She took the time to find the right color match for me and gave me great service while I was in her chair. We need more people like her in salons. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!!!!!

She is awesome !! she did a wonderful job bleaching and toning my hair I Love it; she is so sweet and loving , she really care for you hair and till you what is good and bad for it , she is such a professional , i will for ever go to her . Tiffany is the nicest person would ever meet! I went in to get my eyebrows done and she treated me like royalty. Even gave me advice on what pomade to use for my brows like what color and where to get it! I'm definitely only coming here from now on!

After years of sketchy haircuts, a friend recommended Tiffany's. I've been going to her for almost 2 years now and I've never looked back. The salon is always clean and well kept. The second time I ever went in, Tiffany remembered exactly how I had my cut the last time. Consistently a great haircut at a great price!

Tiffany has been cutting my hair since she worked for a major chain store. She always does an exceptional job in cutting my hair. She is very friendly, personable and professional. Her salon is very clean and sanitary. Her prices are reasonable. I highly recommend her!!

Tiffany is so wonderful. The salon is always clean and well kept. She's been cutting and coloring my hair for quite a few years now, and does an amazing job. She strives to give me what I want and does every time. I am very particular about my hair and won't let just anyone touch my locks.

I have been having my hair cut by Tiffany Nguyen for several years and she has recently opened her own salon. I recently visited her salon for a haircut and was pleased as always with the results. Kit Kutz is always clean and the staff as well as stylists make you feel right at home. Tiffany as always is attentive with my requests and definitely takes care of my needs.
