I Been going to have a variety of hair style and perms done to my hair for years. Florence is great, professional and know her stuff. What suprise me most, is that she can work on a variety of different type of culture hair, and do a superb job.

Teri is awesome she is a dread loc master. She starts them styles them and does all upkeep and maintenance. If you need help with your locs she is Fresno's go to loc stylists. She also does other styles.

The shop is nice. I went in for the first time today for retwist on recommendation from a co-worker, the woman who did my hair was cool and I was more than satisfied with my hair. Will definitely be returning.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to for this one. My daughter was begging me for months to make this appointment as she saw from one of her friends and constantly showing me her art online and I finally agreed for thanksgiving it was fine. She finally slipped in her bookings for an appointment and was very anxious about all the policies on her website but when we got there she was running a bit behind which is understandable. She received the Gel X tips service and her services were around 50 dollars. She was very satisfied with the nails when we left but just a few days later one of her nails started prying off which hasn’t happened to her in any of her previous sets. I told my daughter to immediately contact Mikaela and she responded very welcoming to come back for a repair which was appreciated. Due to the commute we couldn’t immediately coordinate but the following morning my daughter contacted her asking what time we can come in to avoid interrupting an appointment. She responded later that night explaining she was busy and my daughter tried several times times to send her a message and get in contact as her nails progressively came off in a matter of almost less than a week after her service. After four attempts and pictures of her nails sent Mikaela responded with contradicting saying she is too busy to squeeze in a repair and it needs to be booked as well as saying the nails were removed by force but in the picture only one appeared damaged. Long story short the conversations ended by Mikaela saying she doesn’t guarantee any of her work as 50% is client care and offered 10$ off of her next set although all the nails came off in almost less than week. Very unfortunate.

Flo is a great beautician. She is very patient and treats your hair with care. She really took the time to perfect the style that I wanted even though she was forced to use new products that i brought with me; I have a skin allergy to regular products with fragrance. She cut my thick and medium length natural hair to a straight pixie cut and it was better than I expected. She is the 1st stylist I let touch my hair in Fresno and I will forever be a client. Thanks Flo!

I tried to call to inquire about pedicures for myself and two others. When the woman answered the phone she very curtly said "hello". The fact that she didn't even identify the business nearly made me hang up because I figured I had accidentally called someone's residence. After that, she sounded as though she was irritated that I had called to inquire at all. Before I could even say thank you she hung up on me mid-sentance. My first experience with this salon was terrible. Over all I thought whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional.
