Tina is the best of the best. She has now done two different sets for me and she knocked it out of the park on both. I moved to the area a few months ago and have been going from salon to salon and not fully happy each time. Until I found Tina. I have showed her pictures of what I wanted and she goes above and beyond to make sure I am leaving happy. Her nail art is pure talent. Going to get my nails done has always been a “chore” for me and is not usually the most relaxing experience, but that all changed when I started going to Tina. I can trust that she will take good care of my nails and she makes sure that I am getting exactly what I want. I am so happy to say I have found my forever salon. Thank you Tina!

My first appt. here was wonderful! Today I am pissed! I live out in the middle of nowhere and drove an hour and 20 minutes for my 10:30 appointment today only to be met with a sign saying we're closed no power. I know things happen but you should have the decency to call your clients and let them know! Now I am out almost an hour and a half to drive here and back And the gas that it cost me to do so. This shows you have no respect for the people that spend money with you.

I requested the basic Spa Pedicure, and received one if the most gentle and thorough footcare services I've ever had. High quality of and care on trimming nails, cuticles, and working on callouses. The basic Spa Pedicure included a "short massage", and at other businesses, I've had this be about 1 minutes per leg. My technician spent 4 mins per leg & foot, and her technique was very effective and still gentle. Professional finish on polish. Great experience. Only comment is that prices on website aren't updated to match posted prices in the salon.

So happy with my manicure done by Tina!! I received a powder dip with tips. She shaped them perfectly. They look very natural. They are symmetrical, not too thick and the length is even. Tina’s salon is very clean and her prices are reasonable for 2024. Tina is very meticulous and takes pride in her work and salon. I 10/10 recommend seeing her for your next nail appointment!

Tina did a wonderful job! She was meticulous, clean, and very detail oriented. She checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was okay. She was very gentle with my nails and took her time. I am definitely going back to her.

Brought my daughter to get her nails done for homecoming. She had a very specific design she wanted and Tina was AMAZING. She listened, frequently checked at each step to be sure it was what my daughter wanted, and was just a pleasure to talk with. The quality of her work is stunning and she was very professional. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Honestly the worst nail experience of my entire life. Like I think the pictures say it all. The fingers look pretty until you see how thick they are. My toes look absolutely terrible. Our reservation was for noon, they didn't start until 12:45. It took him over an hour to do my manicure because he didn't know how to do it and kept restarting. The pedicure was super rushed and looks it, they didn't even check it over, come back to me, or tell me I was even done. The studio itself was disgusting. The fountain was crusted over, the seats were peeling, they didn't have covers for the pedicure bowls, maggots in the bathroom sink... When they did my manicure none of the equipment was clean, they literally flicked someone else's nail off the clippers. And to top it all off it cost $109 for this. It looks so bad I want to cry.

I had my first appt with Tina today and she was wonderful! It was quiet when I got there but the shop quickly filled up by repeat customers who were greeted by name and kind conversation. Tina took her time listening to what I wanted and then making it happen. I will be a repeat customer.

I have been in and out of nail salons my whole life because I've never had a truly amazing experience or consistent quality. I am happy to say, my search ended a few months ago. John is by far, the MOST amazing tech I've ever had. Each and every time he does my nails, they look beautiful. He is precise, consistent, and detailed.

I love coming to Tina’s!! Tina is so friendly and makes the process very relaxing. I have pretty severe social anxiety and never feel awkward here. Now for what you really want to know, how are the nails? Tina does an incredible job on my nails every time. I love that she is honest with me when I show her an inspiration picture. She really wants to make her clients happy. I do not feel rushed when I am in her chair. She wants the job done right and takes her time. I usually book during the week and never have an issue getting an appointment.

I think I finally found my nail salon! I have been trying out different places to try to “find my person” and Mrs. Tina and her staff did amazing. The pedi was great and Tina did my nails beautifully! I will definitely be back!

I've been a customer for over 10 years. I come in every four weeks for a pedicure and occasionally treat myself to a manicure with gel polish. I leave feeling wonderful.

I've been coming to Tina's for almost two years and never had a bad experience. Her place is clean and I'm always very happy after my appointment. The pedicure is so relaxing and Huong is so gentle. They are a small, friendly staff of three (I think they may have brought on a fourth recently) and only take appointments - which you can book online. I would call this more of a non-pretentious boutique experience. They don't rush you through like some bigger nail salons and really take their time with you individually so leave extra time as many times I'm there longer than my appointment time. A group may be better off going to a larger nail salon with more staff or staggering appointments here. You can tell Tina has a lot of repeat customers. She greets most of her customers by name as they walk in the door. I rarely write reviews but was disheartened when I saw some recent bad reviews for her small business and felt compelled to write one. Yes, I am a legitimate person and will continue to be a repeat customer. Tina and her staff work so hard and take a lot of pride in their work but with a small staff, keep in mind they may not be able to always accommodate many add-on or changes to an appointment. That being said, many times I've seen staff members go above and beyond, including myself when I've asked for something extra. I've always called this place Omaha's best kept secret.

Kind of interesting that there hasn't been a review in a month, and then there are 3 bad reviews and 3 good ones to counter them. I've had to hear my wife and sisters negative experience from this place and to have reviews claiming the opposite of what they posted, you can clearly see this place is not clean by any means. Also coincidence that 2 reviews say "ASAP" and are posted within a few hours of themselves. To me it kind of gets me wondering are the other reviews legitimate? Haha now there saying "I am real" so many fake reviews not clean, hopefully it is now that people have said something about it.

My sister told me years ago to come and see Tina to get my nails done. So glad she made the recommendation! John has been my guy ever since for manicures. Never disappointed with the outcome and they always make sure I pick out a great color for me. Easy to make an appointment and relaxing when I am there!

Slowest salon I've ever been to. Five manicures and pedicures took 3 hours, and still weren't done. I booked them for my wedding six months in advance, and they gave away my appointment time because I didn't answer the phone when they called me the day prior, while I was busy doing wedding things. I received no text, no email, no other form of communication. They started all the other girls first, even though I'm the bride. I was really looking forward to their highest grade pedicure with all the features it offered, but by the time they started my pedicure, there was no time left before I had to get ready for my rehearsal. So they stuck my feet in cold water, did a quick scrub, and did my nails. I got no hot towels, no massage, no callus treatment, nothing. My feet were still dry and didn't even look good. And we were doing an Indian wedding, so a lot of the events are done barefoot. On top of that, the same person did all three of my bridesmaids nails and they didn't even match. None of my girls were happy with how their nails came out. I literally cried on my way out the door. There was no time to go somewhere else to redo it, so my mom did her best to give me a pedicure at home after rehearsal dinner. Very very very unhappy and disappointed.

This salon is small and quiet. I appreciate that. Tina did an amazing job and we had a nice quiet conversation. You can tell all the nail techs care about their customers because they knew everyone by name. It's nice to be greeted personally and not "sit down, pick your color". I will always recommend Tina's!

This was not the best experience sadly. My daughter booked her bridal party nails 6 months in advance. When we arrived they had booked others at the same time and was not prepared. Our appointment was for noon, they didn't start until around 12:40. They didn't start with the bride so by the time it was her turn she got short changed and didn't get a full massage with her pedicure. It was rushed and not the best. My nails were also flawed as seen below. It hurt when she was working with my cuticles and was rushed. It caused sores around my nails. The other ladies had the same experience. We were all very unhappy. When I came back to pay I tried to talk to the owner and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me. My daughter, the bride was in tears because they had no more time to do her full pedicure. I was very disappointed. They offered NOTHING! We will NOT be back!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wish I would’ve taken more photos. I asked for French tips on my nails and I got these big thick white lines and a lot of the paint is on my skin and they’re not even! There is absolutely no sanitation of any of the tools they use or the pedicure tubs! I went to use the bathroom and there’s a roach flying around and maggots in their sink. I also asked repeatedly for shallac and not dip powder or acrylics and the technician ignored me and just did what he wanted to do. I was there for a bridal appointment and all of us had our nails messed up so bad the bride burst into tears.

Tina and her crew are amazing! I had really bad callouses that I couldn’t get rid of at home with pumice stones. Tina literally got rid of them within 20 minutes with her callous treatment. I got a pedicure, callous treatment, and regular manicure all for 70 dollars. This is actually a pretty average and normal price. However the quality of work was awesome. I did not feel rushed and she was very kind. I’m not every going anywhere else and will be back for their callous treatment every other month if I can afford it at the least. Thank you Tina and her crew! Best experience I’ve had at a nail salon.

Tina is one of the kindest people in this city. The salon is clean and the workers are dedicated. I came into the salon today and Tina did my nails just the way I wanted. I have been planning a last minute trip to Florida, so I needed my nails done asap! And they were so awesome to take in my appointment. Other salons don’t even compare with Tina’s studio! It is by far, my favorite place to get my nails done.

Tina is really good. I am so hard on my nails because I am working on the computer all the time -- and her work lasts! My nails don't chip or break and sometimes I forget to come back in as soon as I should and then remember because I look and they are growing out. Tina is beyond a manicurist . . . she is a nail artist. Her work is beautiful. Update: I ultimately stopped going because I had to wait so long--it became more the "rule" than the "exception". Sometimes I would even call 15 minutes before my appointment to make sure I wouldn't have to wait -- at times it was even 45 minutes even though I had an appointment and called to double-check. So even double-check calling did no good. Then Many times she would even start and then stop to start on another customer. It became more stressful than relaxing.

Tina's pedicures/foot&leg massages are the best. I have been going to Tina regularly for over 10 yrs, even before she had her own shop. She will do everything within her power to accommodate her customers.
