10/10 recommend. The vibes were immaculate. I absolutely LOVE my nails. She was able to take me when I called in at 9:00pm. I felt comfortable telling her what I did and didn’t like. She was so sweet and kind and we laughed together the whole appointment. Don’t hesitate to book your appointment now!!!

I have been going to TinkTips for over a year and any time that I have had a special request for an event or special occasional, she has always exceeded my expectations with her creativity and care for my desired design. “Nails it” every time! I get so many compliments on her work. She quickly learned my style of nails and design and is always prepared with the supplies needed to create! Tink from day one has been warm, inviting, and professional. I have never had any issue scheduling an appointment and she is always ready for me when I get there on-time. I look forward to my appointments with her, it’s my me time and she makes space for me to relax or talk and laugh during my appointment…whatever my mood. She’s truly a gem especially in a city where it’s so hard finding a good consistent Black nail stylist that cares about her craft and her clients.

I have struggled with my feet for so long but she really takes her time and shows care. As a result my pedicure turned out amazing! She did great on my nails too which I decided to do after my pedicure came out so well. Her same day booking online when available is so convenient! She has officially stole me from my old nail techs.

10/10 for EVERYTHING. I was able to walk in same day to get a fill over someone else work and she executed the look I was going for, simple but super cute!!! The service was quick and she was also very sweet. If you want to be satisfied with your nails over the local nail salons please book, check her availability!!!

I first came to Tink in December 2022. I stumbled across her from a Google search for late-night appointments and I truly found a GEM! Tink’s work truly speaks for itself (I’m a very picky client and she has never disappointed me. Her French tips are TOP TIER). I was a bit skeptical due to the fact that she is just one person servicing you in her suite, but I quickly grew to love the intimacy of having a personal nail tech focus on me. I haven’t gone to another nail tech/salon since.

UPDATE: Please note that I received a gel manicure over my natural nails not a regular manicure as she stated below. My nail was not bent or was the polish smudged it was badly chipped after less than 24 hours and in 3 days almost completely gone. When I have received gel manicures in the past the last from 3 -4 weeks. While the owner below who did my nails posted a very professional response. This is not what was sent to me after she viewed the review I left. About a hour after my review I received a very disgruntle text message. The response was far from professional. I did NOT accept her $40 as it was not about a refund that I was looking for, which she claimed that is all I wanted by leaving the review. I had to explain to her my expectations as a new client. A professional would have responded with an apology first and an explanation second and third a way to rectify the situation, which would have been to say you will definitely provide the service for me again when I return. That is how you keep your customers and avoid bad reviews. So hopefully you have learned something from this on how to handle things in the future. And thank you finally responding to the messages I sent you 2 months ago. Sad it took a review for you to respond. Perhaps take what happened and realize maybe you did not give enough drying time in between coats. Also, when a client tells you that the process is hurting to ease up and try to adjust as opposed to making light of it. If you would have just sent me the message you posted on Google and not the below message we would not be here in this moment right now. This is the text I received after posting the review. hello tt, Andrea your review got my attention because I did not respond knowing I am a one person shop I am not like a wax lady I work all day and night with random calls all day all night i am not a robot . you didn’t even call me later you never called me further for future reference either so thank you for that one star and I only reason why I even found your numbers because I had to type certain word. I definitely forgot to hit you back because I had a real long long long long weeks working until maybe 2am  but you got it. If you want your money back I’ll send your money back  because honestly that’s all that’s about ! what could I have done to fix your nails while you’re all the way in the airport? Nothing you wanted your money back  i’ll give you what your manicure was forth.thank you have a good day. This was my first time here and honestly based on how my nails turned out I am quite surprised by all the good reviews. The service I requested was gel overlay with no nail extension added. Just basic gel manicure. My first impression of the salon suite was that it was not very clean but I was leaving the country the next day so I decided to go with it. I had to let her know the the cuticle cutting process was painful and my nail beds were very sore for days after. The reason I am giving one star is because the gel began to peel off the very next day. I sent her a text message from the plane with no response. I even sent her pictures. Within 3 days of my trip my nails looked terrible. Again for me it was the lack of communication from her on top of the bad nail job that was done. By the time I reached my next destination 8 days later. I was able to get a $20 gel manicure and pedicure in Thailand that lasted 3 weeks. The only reason why I had to get them done again was because my nails grew out. I have added my photos as well.

I needed to get my nails done last minute this last Saturday. I was so delighted that I found Tink!! The online scheduling system is easy to use and there is an option for rush appointment!!! Tink knows what's going on. We always need to get nails done before going out, right? Tink is sweet, patient and great at her craft! Book her next time you need to get nails done! I am a simple nail girlie. However her designs are FIRE. You will not be disappointed, trust me. #womensupportingwomen Tink. I will be back again and again. I’ve been going to tink for years! 💕 this women is literally amazing. Unfortunately, I have moved to another state & she doesn’t do my nails & toes, but I fly to here anytime I can for her to do my nails & toes! She is literally the only person i’d rather touch my nails & toes. She’s such a hard worker & she’s really good at what she does. My toes will last an entire month before I need a touch up. She is always willing to do any design I want want with no problems at all. PLEASE GO! DON’T HESITATE OR OVERTHINK! trust me, she is the BEST 🥰 & her prices are reasonable. You’ll thank me later! 🙏🏽
