I went for a pedicure on 8/29/24 and it was the worst experience I have had. I'm not sure who did my pedicure because she didn't tell me her name she didn't even speak to me during the whole appointment. My feet didn't touch any water until 18 minutes after my pedicure had started which was weird because the ladies next to me got put in water immediately. She was very rough and the whole experience was uneasy. I got the basic pedicure which was $35 and yet I was charged $40 and given no explanation as to why. I didn't get anything extra and got regular polish. The person who did my pedicure was very rude and the extra money I was charged for no reason left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be back!

Me and my fiancé made an appointment and Went in for a manicure and two pedicure, and Tracy was sooooo rude! She had an Unnecessary attitude. We literally got up and left, I would rather find a place with good customer service and spend money there than with someone that acts so nasty. She acted like I in-convinced her by showing up to my appointment!! She needs to learn how to talk and work with people or get out of the customer service business.

Tip & Toe is the most professional salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a loyal customer since this location opened & have been following the owner before then. The service is top notch & the work is beyond words.

Had an appointment for a pedicure at 10am. Had to take my son to work this morning so I call and apologized for being late. Got there at 1020am. They have me sit down, didn't start the water so I can even soak and thought the girl will be back in a few mins. I start talking to the lady next to me and I notice 15 mins have already gone by and still nothing. Now I know I came late but don't you think someone could've said it's gonna take 15 mins 20 mins to get you started?? She could've had me soaking at least. It's like they were punishing me silently for being late. I waited another 10mins and walked out and no one said anything!!! It was unprofessional and rude!!! Now I have find somewhere else to get a pedicure smfh

Tracey has been doing my nails for years and she is awesome! The nail salon is very clean and all of the other employees are extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I received the best pedicure I have ever gotten from Tony. He was so meticulous and it was the first pedicure that I would rate a 10+. I highly recommend him and this salon. I loved the more intimate atmosphere and the cleanliness and did not feel as though they were rushing clients through to get to the next one. Such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!!

This was one of the best experiences that I have received at a nail salon!!! The service was Excellent!!! Tania was Absolutely Awesome!!! The atmosphere was just amazing!!! The foot and hand massage was Heavenly!!! OMG!!!

I always like an update on past reviews to see if there is consistency. Yes, there is- in a most positive way. I've been back many times to the Tip and Toe Salon. TANIA is, without a doubt the BEST manicurist, that I have ever had. Her pedicures and manicures reflect her attention to detail- my toes and finger nails always look wonderful (and healthy), thanks to her. Clearly, she is a trained professional who takes pride in her work. I strongly suggest that you make an appointment with her; I always do so before I leave the salon so I know that I will be 'in good hands.'

I love this salon and shop! Pao and Tao are just so accommodating, sweet, friendly, and provides me so much peace and fun after very stressful work days. Work is always perfect and they know me as a client and friend!

I was very pleased with my visit. A very quiet and intimate setting. Services by appointment so not all of the extra in and out foot traffic. I have already booked my return/next appointment for myself and my daughter. Temperatures and hand cleansing are done upon entrance as well which I'm fine with(COVID-19 is still among us)

Phuong and Thao at Tip and Toe nail salon have been my nail technicians for almost a year now and I am impressed each time I am serviced. The ladies are always super sweet, attentive and professional. Relaxing music and atmosphere greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I never have to wait for my appointment as the ladies always call to let me know if I can be seen earlier or if I need to wait a few minutes before arriving. I am a happy, loyal customer who looks forward to each appointment!!
