She forgot to put a clear coat over my gel white toes on my left foot and now they are stained. Came at 9:30 am and they were unable to complete a fill on my nails by 11:50. Still charged me $100, and they did not even paint my nails (which is what i have paid in the past here for a full set and salt srub pedicure) said they would refund me $15 but only gave me $5. Said my service was $100 because my toes were $50 and despite not painting my nails they filed and cut them and “my nails were long so it was extra”. Go to Resilient Nails on West Market Street instead.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tip To Toe as a surprise for my birthday. The store was well-maintained and very clean. The chairs were incredibly comfy. My technician was incredibly kind and fun! The pedicure and leg massage were just what my momma feet needed. It was so relaxing. After my pedicure, I had a manicure and did the gel polish. It too was a very relaxing process. I was incredibly happy with the results. From the time I walked in the door to the time that I exited, it was a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I went in to get a full set with a design, and they completely missed what I was going for. At first, I asked if I could get SNS dip, and the guy said sure. Then I couldn't because my design was a cat eye. I'm gonna add the reference that I showed them, and it is obviously not a cat eye. Its airbrushed or ombre (depending on the tools on hand), but they insisted it was cat eye after my hesitancy. Then the lady that did my nails didn't know how to use the cat eye. She tried it multiple times before going up front to see the directions. Then it just went completely downhill. She put some of the cat eye stuff on, and i said it looked good because I thought she was gonna put more black and actually ombre it out. She didn't and said that they looked similar. They, in fact, did NOT look similar. I even had to ask if I could get the silver a specific way, and she said that the picture wasn't like that, but she'd do it anyway. I dont know her name. In fact, i dont know anybodys name in there, but I'm not coming back. I had to go to a different salon to get them fixed

Wonderful atmosphere, the workers are kind & respectful. I enjoy going and relaxing for my manicure & pedicure. I have been going for years twice a month. Not enjoying the price increase twice in 2 years. I am paying on the higher end. I now go once a month. I do understand that materials have gone up slightly. I have gotten nothing different or fancy & yet I am paying for an across the board increase. 😌🤔

Had a great first visit today! They immediately introduced themselves and asked my name when I came in. Everyone I talked to throughout the rest of the visit made sure to call me by name. They got me a bottle of water as soon as I sat down and talked through what colors I wanted. I got exactly what I wanted and they made sure I was happy before I left. I can’t wait to go back from my next visit!!!

Worst manicure and pedicure EVER! My sister and I asked for a manicure and pedicure. They left our feet in the bath for a few minutes, filed our finger nails, leaving them rough on the ends, and polished them in the pedicure chair. They didn’t even smooth the ends or clean up our cuticles. Neither cleaned our feet to remove dry skin and my toe nails are so rough they are snagging my sheets. Waste of money!

I have been to Tip to Toe a couple times and have even recommended to my friends to go there but can’t say I had too good of an experience this time. Halfway through the service I asked the nail tech to refine/shape up the sns a bit cause it was looking kinda bumpy and I’m not a fan of too thick/bulky nails and he seemed bothered by the request. He did it a bit with not much effort and asked if it looked better but honestly it looked the same. At that point I’m too tired to even complain any further, have been there for almost one and a half hours and I had somewhere else to be. Service finished and my hands are dry/dusty from acetone & the drilling cause nail tech didn’t even send me to wash my hands mid service or applied any lotion/oil when he got done. Went to get nails refreshed and left frustrated and disappointed

It was recommended I try this place by a coworker she gets her nails done by Julie and from what I’ve seen she’s a great nail technician and always polite. However I was put with another technician and was very disappointed. I’ve been a few times just to try it out but this will be the last time. The woman had an attitude when I asked about a particular color. I wanted to know if there was a gel polish that looked similar to the pale appearance of the dip powder (it looked like a pale peachy color in powdered form but when used it would be a bright pink orange) I was hoping she’d be able to help me find something similar instead there was a communication barrier. She just kept saying they are the same so I tried to explain it a different way and she cut me off mid sentence and repeated the same thing so I tried one last time to word it differently but she got irritated and abruptly said as she walked off to let her know whenever I find it so I just picked a color and sat back down and waited for her to come back she did a poor job prepping my nail she didn’t do my cuticles or hangnails and $50 later I had to go home and do it myself🤷🏼‍♀️

Love Tip To Toes Nail Salon and Spa. David is my #1 nail tech and his skills and patience are perfect. And his foot massage during my pedicure is divine. Heading back today. Everyone there is so nice. Highly recommend them.

I was introduced to TTT about 6 years ago, and I have been going there since. I even moved out of the area and drive to Greensboro to get my nails and feet done! Mike and David are awesome! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

My mom and I came to get pedicures on Good Friday. We understand it’s busy and it’s a holiday weekend, considering Easter is coming. I got the signature pedicure and my mom got the classic. My mom and I both felt like the entire thing was completely rushed. I told the woman I barely was massaged and I paid extra for 40 min worth. We weren’t there long, the service was rushed and we spent $80 in total for it to be rushed and not relaxing. I usually go to this one guy, and this one time I didn’t, I realize why I always go to him. He is just so attentive and takes his time, and I noticed it even on the busy day.

We have not been here in over two years because we relocated to Kernersville and I also got pregnant and had a baby. As soon as I walked in Julie recognized me and even the amount of time it had been since I had been there. It is crazy how I immediately felt at home. I love the family owned business and all the employees are super nice as well! We missed getting to come here and so happy we got to visit today. They always offer a beverage of choice when you come in and help get your massage chair set up to your liking. Can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful Salon! So clean, beautiful and peaceful. I have come here for over 5 years and it is the best spa in North Carolina! My 76 year old Mother and my friends also come here. Julie and her husband Mr. Jolly are so friendly and all the staff do a great job. Very reasonable prices and fantastic service ! I will never go anywhere else, Love them !!! 10/10 would recommend 5 stars
