Owner completed my nails, gel manicure and only took about 20 mins. Was a rushed job and left little bubbles on polish. Sloppy work and didn’t even massage hands with lotion afterwards. We will not return return.

Disappointed never again going had wait on her to arrive no problem gave her time to settle in bit am telling her it doesn't look right she start arguing with me that she can't meet my standers then tells me oh by the way its gonna be $60 am like okay i know i came spend end result my nail i did not like some where pointer than others some more bolder bumps on polish just hated the whole thing

Came here yesterday. The technician was very thorough, but I have a super infected toe now. 🤢 Don't come here. I didn't see an obvious ways that they disinfect and now my toe is prrog they aren't sanitary 🙃

This is a low-key gem of a place. It's clean, good service, not fancy but not rachet either. The ladies are wonderful and do an amazing job with brows, pedis, manis and all sorts of nails. I quit going to Enso because as soon as I walked in the door I felt like I was at a used car lot with the relentless upselling and at Tip & Toe they do not berate you. I've been asked if I want this or that because I have received the service before but once I answer I'm not asked again. If you're looking for fairly priced services, are comfortable with a pleasant & clean space without a bunch of frills and don't want to be berated with upsells definitely give them a try. <3

This was our first time here. We waited 15 minutes in our chairs so these ladies can come back and leave again. Asked her to not use the drill on my toes and she did anyways and cut me. My mother in law was getting her toes done as well and the lady doing her toes got up and disappeared in the back and was gone for a good 10 minutes. She still had to remove her polish and paint her toes. Cindy the lady who was doing my pedicure was being rough and after telling her she was even more rough. Kelly and Cindy were being extremely rude after we asked how much longer it would take so we can pay and leave. What makes it even worse is that when the phone rings they talk and move slower. Not very great.

Went in for acrylic removal and it took 1.5 hrs, SO LONG! I went at a slow part of the day and for most of the time I was one of the only two people getting their nails done. The lady who helped me was jumping back and forth from both of us (even though there were other workers there lol) and hands weren’t washed in between. Sometimes things take longer than usual and that’s okay! The main issue was the hygiene and how hasty the service was. My cuticles were getting cut left and right and despite bleeding, she would return to the other client which is just unsafe. The towel I was given was also not clean so hopefully I do not get any infection…

I sat here and waited about 30 minutes for a simple manicure. I believe I was being discriminated against bc I'm a black guy. Two other people walked in way after me and got immediate service and didn't have any appointments. I will never use them again.

I've been here before and had a decent experience but won't be going back. Showed up this afternoon asking for a gel pedicure. Was told to sign in and shown to the drying station to pick out my color. After 20 minutes with no acknowledgement I decided to leave. Just didn't feel like waiting today and didn't make a fuss about it. Just got up and walked out. What made me decide to not come back was that as I was going to put the keys in my ignition one of the women came knocking on my car window. She had followed me outside 😳 I just waved her off and left. Honestly how incredibly rude and also how rude to leave one of your customers to chase after someone.

My overall experience wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t good either. Me and my niece and sister-n-law went for 3 gel manicures and 1 soak off for my sister-in-law who already had acrylics. All 3 of the manicures which were not acrylics plus 1 soak off costed $90, it also took us 2 and a half hours and we each had different people doing our nails. They were super slow and took the longest on my niece’s nails who had the simplest set that she asked for, which were white nails with gold glitter on one nail with just nail polish. They ended up cutting my niece’s cuticles and made her bleed on two of her nails and forgot the gold glitter she had asked for and her nails looks like they took less then 10 min but actually took 2 hours. My sister-n-laws nails aren’t what she asked for as well as mine. My niece’s nails look the worst but overall mine and my sis-n-law’s don’t look too bad. But they were so slow and expensive.

They are ok. Some times expensive BUT my issue is, I get my brows waxed & arm pits. They do my brows & double dip the stick the whole way THEN double dip the stick for my arm pits 😲 🤮😟 well I'm glad she did my brows 1st BUT how many arm pits do I have in my eyebrows... omg that's why my brow area straight across brakes out & has little bumps.? 🤢🤮😤😩 now I have to find a new place to go.
