My first experience with Tip Top and I won’t be back. Stopped by to refresh my dip powder and was happy to get in right away. The tech was all over the place, mixing her bottles up and seemed to have no consistency in her work. Super unfriendly, seemed to be bothering her. Not at all happy with the outcome. My nails don’t look like they were just manicured or filed.

Poor quality of service. Linda chose the wrong color and I did not realize until she was done. Usually the tech confirms the color with you. She Had to repaint my nails and did so with an attitude. The paint job was of poor quality. I took the polish off in the salon and left. Never to return. Had a read the reviews before going, I would not have tried them!

Even with an appointment, I was kept waiting nearly 20 minutes while they took somebody who was a walk-in ahead of me. That was a bit irritating. For the time it took and the money I spent it wasn’t worth getting my nails clipped. I didn’t want any polish, so the technician massage my feet for a few minutes longer. I could barely feel her hands on my feet, so I wouldn’t really call it a massage.

Last Monday I got a gel manicure clear. By Friday it was breaking I was charged 45$ plus tip. I go in there every 4 weeks and T does my nails. This week she was not available. I tried to go in and reschedule with T to get a new set. The manager started yelling at me. Never will I ever use them. This is the second time had a problem. There won't be a third.

No matter who's chair I sit in, they all do a beautiful job, been to other salons that are high-end $$ big name salons and paid way more for their services and found that Tip Top does just as good even better. And never once said ouch there! Very gentle on your nails.

The quality of powder dip is awful here!!! I usually get it done elsewhere and it lasts a minimum of 3 weeks, but usually 4!!! Here, after 1 week, they began breaking and at 2 weeks they are all peeling and almost all broken! I’m so upset, because I finally got them to be the same length! I would NEVER go here again!!! I now have to pay to get this awful product off my nails to prevent more damage!!!

Very nice staff, not busy when I went. They did a great job on my gel acrylics, fixed any imperfections! Very clean seating area, took care of me right away. Will be back for my next acrylic set!

I very much enjoyed my experience here. I got a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. Sunny is great! He took his time with both and was very intentional with everything despite the salon being quite busy. I definetly recommend Tip Top Nails & Spa!

I was in absolute shock when the owner Kenny (the only guy there) would not finish my nails because he said I asked him too many questions. I think he has mental illness, because his behavior was irrational and not justified. He cussed me out and asked me to leave! When a lady in the waiting area, spoke up and came to my defense, he cussed her out and told her shut up and leave. We both left. I just moved around here and get my nails and feet done a couple times a month, but obviously I won't be returning. I went to another nail salon a few miles up the road and when I told them the story, they told me that they "know about him". It was such a waist of time!

Kenny took my nails out of the light before they were cured and started to file them. Nail polish completely fell off less than 24 hours later.

They are Horrible, bought a gift card for a pedicure and a manicure. The gift card that we bought as a gift so we made sure when we bought the gift card she wouldn't have to pay anything. Yeah well that didn't work. They must have changed there price with in a week so we had to pay more. We Decided to give them another change being locals so we called asked if we could walk in or need an appointment. They said walk ins are welcome. I got there and they wouldn't take us said we needed an appointment. Go somewhere else.

Walked by and saw they had tanning available. Went inside to inquire on price and saw multiple people sitting around, none of which got up to greet me. One guy yelled up asking what I need, and when I asked about the tanning he asked if I had been before. I told him no, to which he rudely responded 'well then you can't tan here'.... I was actually shocked at the rudeness. Also, if you don't offer a service, maybe don't have it advertised on your door. Do not recommend.

Went for pedicure and was given a very basic pedicure, not offered any spa pedicure services. Received no hot towel, no lotion and no massage. My daughter went with me and had a different technician who gave her a great pedicure. Didnt love the feel of the salon, will not return

It was my first visit to the nail salon. The place was clean and sanitized and not crowded. I was able to get a pedicure appointment. Tom was the person who gave me the pedicure. I loved the foot and leg massage. He was gentle and did a great job. I went in the late afternoon when it was quiet. The pedicure was totally relaxing.
